Mixed experience for me.

Mixed experience for me. First off there is a lot to like about the phones and the price point. And I did have a good experience with support a couple years ago. They had my phone fixed and back in my hands within a week without costing me a dime! But I've been having a problem with my new phone now and it's been over a month now since I contacted them and the only response I can get out of them is we got your message, we will help you out as soon as possible! So bottom line, if they can't get something figured out with my phone or replace it, this will likely be the last oneplus product I will be buying!

I had my one plus 3 for 4 years and no issues what so ever, the Phone is perfect and still functional after this period, one thing that i forced me to change recently is the fact that, my charging port usb C connection is having issues to keep the charging cable in, but my new one plus is again orderd and im hoping to get it soon.

**DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!** I would rate this a ZERO if I could

**DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!** They will scam you. I have been a repeat customer of OnePlus for years, but what they've done is unacceptable. I purchased a brand new phone from OnePlus directly on January 3, 2020 and I received it on January 8, 2020. On August 28, 2020 I contacted OnePlus because the SIM Card reader on my 7 month old phone (which cost $600) stopped working suddenly. After months of back and forth (they would not respond for weeks on end) and filling out and returning the loaner device form so that I could send mine in for warranty repair I finally called back today, December 14, 2020, to check on the status and was told that they have no loaner devices available, and that I should make do with a spare device that I have at home, because if I don't send mine in for repair now, it will be beyond the warranty period and I will have to pay for the repair. This is why I contacted them FOUR months ago, and they're just telling me this now. I do not have a spare device lying around, and I need my phone to do my job, so I have no resolution whatsoever. I paid hundreds of dollars for a phone that broke after 7 months, and they will not do anything to help me. This is ridiculously unacceptable. They messed around for so long that they've pushed me to the end of my warranty period, likely to get more money out of me.**I have already filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau**

I have had my OnePlus 5 since it was…

I have had my OnePlus 5 since it was released and it has been a great phone other then one issue that has popped up 3 separate times. It stops charging. I have sent it in to be fixed twice now with it costing around $70 per repair. There is an apparent issue with this happening and the customer service says it's my fault for how I'm charging it. So all the phones I've had and used the same way have never had this issue but my OnePlus had had it happen 3 seperate times.. I don't buy that haha. Very frustrating that they would not help or listen and put the blame on the customer. If they had offered something to help a partial refund or a free fix that would have gone a long way. I will not be buying a OnePlus product again because of their service.

Customer service just blames Verizon all the time

I ended up missing the boat back in 2016 when the OP5T felt like a niche phone, my friend in trade school wouldn't shut up about the company and I got curious. Around that time they were never with Verizon and my business uses Verizon as the carrier.I got this phone as a free upgrade under my manager, so I didn't spend any money and I'm glad I didn't.Oxygen Updater is the most useless app I have ever had on a phone. I get a nasty reply on the Playstore being told "it's a carrier locked device" yes, I know that, thank you for alerting me to what I already know.Instead of trying to work things out with Verizon, they just blame Verizon for everything. if you're not going to have an optimal phone with Verizon, then don't release the phone and give them an exclusive variant of the model.I can't turn RTT off, I have tried everything, and once the carrier lock expires I can modify it myself.I have garbled calls over a 5G spectrum sometimes and Android 11 has been out for 6 weeks, and yet Oxygen Updater doesn't display the option for my phone.I could have gotten a bad employee, but either way, it's just plain nonsense. Huawei got banned recently, I wouldn't be surprised if One Plus does in 2 to 3 years.

I bought the OnePlus 8t and I'm really happy with the phone. Got a few more payments to go which my wife is paying for, she's a darling. Anyway the phone is solid, excellent battery life and very fast.

No data and network since last update - worst customer service, trying to get in touch with the team

Since the recent update, my network drops, even if the network shows calls and msgs doesn't come through. Customer assistant who was supposed to do the remote flashing didn't share the meeting id to login, twice. Changing sim to a different phone, things are working fine. Bought this phone jus 4 months back, how can i just throw it, but never i will buy or reccomend Oneplus to anyone. #badcustomerservice

I've had a terrible experience with OnePlus. I purchase my phone 1 year ago. In August the SIM card ports failed so I was unable to use the phone. I have called numerous times and even gone through troubleshooting but nothing works. They say 'a specialist will call you' - no one calls. I still can't use the phone! I've had to use my old phone for 4 months now. My phone is under warranty so cant understand why they don't help me.

Lack of transparency, terrible communication and unsatisfied with the lack of assistance

Bought a oneplus Nord in mid september and was very happy with it until the screen stopped working one day. I spent a while having to explain to the reps why I couldnt troubleshoot anything as the screen wouldnt work and eventually they accepted they would take it in and repair. The customer service from here was dreadful; the emails were barely understandable and the company apparently found a fault that was outside of the warranty so I would have to pay another £100+ to replace the phone screen on a 6 week old phone. Well I tried to ask what the actual damage was that voided the warranty (it hadn't been dropped) and they would just tell me "damage". They would take upwards of a week to respond to a question at times. They eventually sent it back to me still not working and there is now a small crack down the screen that was not there went I sent it to them as it was in immaculate condition in the screen protector and case that they sold me. Their communication and transparency is awful and I would not recommend this company or ever use it again.

Stay away from OnePlus and Servify

OnePlus has the worst customer service I have ever seen. DO NOT purchase the extended service plan. It is a scam. You will not be able to place a claim. They will run you in circles and never deliver. Plus they are rude.
