I got outstanding customer care from this company. I ordered glasses that I thought were next-day dispatch, but they were not. I was going on holidays in a couple of days and contacted them to see if I could get the glasses before then. They not only arranged this but also did not charge me any extra. I will be using them again.

Bought frames in middle of September 2025. Returned shortly after delivery as they didn't suit me. My tracked return was delivered to them 2nd October 2025. After 1 initial reply asking me if I had tracking, and which address I sent to, they have neither refunded me, nor replied to any other contact from me. A very disheartening experience.
After initial telephone conversation, I received a pre paid envelope to send my glasses in for reglazing. Less than 2 weeks later I received my glasses with a quality lens installed to my prescription. I did chase them after 10 days but did not manage to get through. But when the glasses arrived this morning by Royal mail; I was very happy with the service and quality... hence 4 stars not 5
