Order came exactly as specified, but it took longer than I expected and it was hard to get any communication during the process.Their phone number went to an automated service that didn't accept input and then hung-up and it took several emails before I got one answered.That said I am ultimately happy with the end result.
Ordered reglazing of my prescription sunglasses. Ordered varifocal lenses and polaroid coating, which I am told takes minimum 10 days. With 3 bank holidays in between and delays it took a whole month to arrive. The delay aside, I'm happy with the choice of varifocal lenses and coatings offered. I'm happy with my glasses.I phoned the customer services couple of times. Every time it went to voicemail and I left a message. Each time I got an email response same or next day.So, if you're happy to wait, you’ll get a great result. But if speed matters to you, maybe look elsewhere!
I just tried my glasses. Perfection!!!The quality and service have been excellent. In fact, the actual lens fitting to the frame is maybe slightly better than my current glasses which I purchased a couple of months ago from a reputable high street optician.I want to thank your team for a fantastic job.I will surely order again in future and recommend you to friends and family.
I eventually got my prescription bifocals after 8 weeks of weekly chase ups. They said they would compensate for delays but never did. The Oakley frames are good, as you would expect. There are much better providers out there. Ordered on April fools day (should have known) received late may.
Terrible!!, simply the worst experience! They took two months to complete the order. They did not answer phone calls and when a message was left, they did not call back. When they do answer, they give excuses and say they'll call back but they don't. They advise to email them but they also don't reply. Absolutely useless. They didn't offer any solution, and even said it was stock issues which was not true, it was a system error. I had to ask for a refund of the postage costs, which was promised but I had to chase up 3 times because it was not actioned. They make things up, make up excuses and fail to get back to you.The most shocking lack of customer care I've ever experienced.BEWARE and AVOID!!
