Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Hardly ever answer the phone, ignore emails and ignore voicemails. Do not expect any updates on how your order is progressing, estimated date of dispatch or the words “sorry for the delay”. The timescales on the website are a joke. Do not use this company. Answering the phone or emails with an apology and polite explanation would have gone a long way.

UTTER SCAM

UTTER SCAM! They returned the glasses claiming they were unusable. Months later I'm still waiting for the refund. Emails are ignored. Phone calls are ignored. Considering legal action. AVOID!

Don't buy anything from them and don't give money to them

Dodgy company, scammers and thieves. I've been waiting for my glasses since 6th September 2024 !!!!!They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone. No money and no glasses.@onlineopticiansuk if you are reading this feedback, my order number is *web33883* and I want my money back!

Don't do it. Spend your money elsewhere. There are much better alternatives.

Yes, well... they mixed up the left and right, so the sunglasses only worked upside down. This could have been ok, as mistakes happen, but the deafening silence before and after the returns procedure suggests a company in crisis. No communication. At all. Despite many emails. I did finally get a refund via Paypal, so it's now time to share my experience. AVOID. There are better companies at very similar prices. Would have loved to give a ZERO star review.
