Glasses never arrived, seller singulaly unhelpful, ignoring emails etc. Had to initiate a dispute through PayPal and got my £300 back after months of waiting. Very good prices, so thought I would give them a try. The order process is simple, and I had a quick confirmation email, but there is no way to track progress online, so after 10 days I chased via email. The delivered product is fine and a sturdy case.

Initially i was happy when I received the glasses. However I had an issue with them and have been trying to contact the company for a month now. I have been ringing them, all you can do is leave a message and sending a lot emails but nobody gets back to you. Please avoid this company, this is the worst customer service I have ever had
