Incredibly slow delivery. Took over a month to arrive. Left messages and also e-mailed . No reply to either. Eventually treatened to pursue via credit card company. The glasses arrived a week later. Nice enough but I think I will use a company with better customer service next time.
My mother needed glasses and she thought she'd try some varifocals. The usual sites I buy glasses from don't offer them and found this site.It's a lot more affordable than what your usual common glass shops sell. The blogs explaining varifocals were so useful to help decide for my mother what she needs.The only gripe I've had is the delivery times. But, it's actually shorter than the glasses shop I used to use.Will be buying from here again! Love how easy it was to customise the glasses and prescription makes sense on how to fill out.My only bit of criticism:The options for what lenses you want have a * on the field making it look like you're required to select specific options. You don't need to but at first I thought I had to pay ~£25 just for the lenses. Turns out I just didn't need to pick any option haha.Another point would be that it'd be nice that they were packed with a microfibre cloth, could easily get a sublimed one of the company so it's easier for people to remember your site!Lastly, having an "out of stock" filter on frames would be nice because it was frustrating seeing a nice frame only to see it's not in stock.Either way she's VERY happy with the glasses and she isn't doubling up on reading glasses and wondering why she's getting so many migraines.Excellent lenses and frames. Ordered early Jan, only received 5th March, took numerous emails and a call chasing the order. The first emails always answered promptly, but only with generic please be patient we will investigate type responses, then nothing, I would contact again, then same again and repeat. Finally an apology, frames requested are out of stock, choose another frame. Eventually glasses arrive 2 months after original order. They are functional but not what was originally requested. Would I purchase here again. NO

Oakley glasses. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong shaped lenses. Asked for them to rectify by replacing them to the correct shape of lens as advertised on their site. Tried ringing, but couldn't get through. Emails have been ignored too.Not a happy person.
