Really nice quality glasses that arrived on time (once I was able to clarify what that time was)The only criticism - make it clear what lenses have a longer lead time, I went for a blue light filter only (no prescription), which attracted rhe longer lead time, but the wording implied that was only for actual prescriptions.I didnt mind waiting and I am happy with the glasses and how they look.
I should have read the reviews of others before ordering from this website. 3 weeks after an order for simple varifocals, I have not received my glasses (which I desperately need) or any order updates. Requests for information have been ignored or met with defensive, stroppy responses. Awful after spending £400.UPDATE: the tone of this company's correspondence is singularly bad. See the response below calling me 'disgusting' for leaving bad reviews fro bad companies like his. I had to press hard to get them to cancel my order after 3 weeks of sitting on their hands. They wanted to charge me 70% of the cost! Still no refund. Dispute opened.
