Giving one star because a negative # of stars are not an option. We are a business. We are open M-F, 9-5. OnTrac refuses to adhere to delivery instructions - that is - inside delivery only during hours of operation. This information is POSTED on the doors and still they don’t care. They deliver perishable items on weekends and after hours which end up spoiling. They simply do. not. care. In my 40 years in business, I have never experience this level of incompetence and dishonesty with ANY company, not just delivery companies. Why vendors continue to use them is beyond me, unless OnTrac is paying THEM!This company is just abysmal. That they are still in business is a mystery.
This is the worst company I have dealt with.First its next to impossible to speak to a real person. Even harder to get a straight answer.Why is my package delayed. Problems at facility. That tells me nothing. The worst customer service.I would never recommend this company.
Package is being delivered a week late (assuming it actually gets delivered tomorrow). Ordered items for vacation and there’s a good chance I won’t have them before I leave. There were no location updates for 6 days. It appears it got lost at the last facility. I can’t believe a company like lululemon would use this delivery company.
My package was sitting at their facility for over a week and never once said out for delivery. Customer service said they have no record of the package and that they’re saying that it’s lost. Randomly got an email at 1130pm tonight saying it was delivered. But I got it delivered to my jobs address and I was at my job at 1130pm we don’t close until 3am.
Six venders have used them to ship; six times they delivered to the wrong address. To be clear it's the other side of town not my neighbor next door. I have emailed had text conversations. I have explained the difference in the address I live at ***** Court the deliver to *****Road. They are simply put idiots
Terrible company. For the third time in about a month a package wasn’t delivered to my adres. In the past they delivered it to another adress and because of the photo they took it was proof that it was not my gate. Now they don’t even take pictures anymore and tell you to solve the matter with the merchant. In other words it’s your problem not ours…
Say goodbye to whatever you purchased if it’s being delivered by these people. I ordered something on the 5th. Literally it has been in Ohio followed by New Jersey and back to Ohio. It still hasn’t been delivered. They are the most incompetent delivery service ever! There is no phone number. Basically it’s the newest venture capital delivery service!
If I could leave no*I would leave no star❗️ these people could care less what they do with your package!!! I live in a 50 apartment building 50 apartments and they leave it at the front door! not even inside the locked door they don't wait they don't knock they just leave it!! They are disgusting! Please don't ever use them- if you want, what you purchased, find another delivery company!!! They Are the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with in my entire 69 years of life!
I wish i could rate 0. None of their delivery man knows how to find an address. I live in an apartment, i guess it is harder to find than a house, but they don't even try despite I left a very detailed delivery instruction. My apartment is not that hard to find by the way. But they don't even try, they keep sending back my packages. The most frustrating thing is no agent available to speak to in order to resolve issues. In tracking history, they keep saying "contact us for..." but never instruct how to contact (?) Companies like Gap, Uniqlo... are starting to use their service but so not aware of Ontrac horrible service. Big companies better listen to their customers' complaints about ontrac delivery service unless they want to lose their customers too. Ontrac make the purchasing process so unpleasant!!!!
