The experience with this company is truly terrible.

The scheduled delivery date for the parcel was March 21 (with someone available to receive it), but it was actually delivered on March 22 (nobody was available). When someone was present on March 24, the package was already unavailable, and attempts to contact the delivery personnel have failed, with no one taking responsibility.

ridiculous delivery company

ridiculous delivery company. They send out to the wrong route every single time. I know they are lying to customers. They also don’t take care of customers. There is no way to contact customer service, Of course they have fake customer service and support.

Second time around, same results…

I ordered supplements from prestige labs. Said it was delivered. I received no notification that it was delivered. Had to call prestige labs to find out it was delivered. Where it was delivered, I will never know. Definately not to my home address. I call prestige labs. Explain that I haven't received the supplements. They send me another order. Today, it said it was delivered. This time there is a map. Shows it was delivered to a wrong address 4 miles away from my place. So far, this "delivery company" is failing at the basics of delivering.

Use at your own risk

My package came on the correct date, if anything earlier and I live in a gated community. The package wasn't stolen or damaged. I probably just got lucky, but either way I wouldn't order using them again. I'm giving 5 stars since the package came not damaged, and because the package came earlier. Use at your own risk.

Bad customer service

I ordered through Amazon and the shipper was Ontrac. I didn't receive my package as promised on 3/21/25. I called them and everything is automated so you NEVER get to speak to a live person. I was directed to a live video chat with someone who was as rude as she could be and she ended the video chat without me knowing exactly when my package would be delivered. I did receive the package on 3/23/25 but I didn't know it was coming and wasn't at home. Poor customer service all the way around. I would NEVER use this shipping company for anything and I told Amazon that if that company is listed as the shipper on any future orders that I place I will cancel my order with them rather than deal with the incompetents of Ontrac. I was being generous giving them 1 star. They don't deserve that.

Not a fan

I ordered a perfume from Fragrancenet which was delivered via OnTrac. I left delivery instructions to please try the buzzer on my apartment building, and leave it outside if they don't get a response. I understand if there's hesitation to do so, but I am at home and can retrieve it immediately if they can't use the buzzer for some reason.First delivery attempt failed because they didn't have access to the apartment building. (Yes, it's locked, hence the buzzer). I contacted OnTrac support to let them know the driver could receive access via the buzzer (as stated in delivery instructions) or just leave the package outside. Customer service confirmed the driver would leave it outside on the next attempt. Second attempt comes around and same thing. What's so frustrating is that I'm at home if they'd just ring the buzzer or call me to tell me they're here! I contacted support and this time the person is much more hostile. "How am I supposed to help, I'm not the driver." I'm sorry, what is your job then? I'm warned that the next attempt will be the last. Because customer support refused to help ensure the driver would actually deliver my package, I decided to sit outside as soon as I saw it was out for delivery. I waited for 6 hours, but did successfully receive the package. I feel very confident that had I not done this, the driver would not have delivered it or attempted to ring the buzzer. I live in a major city, where everyone lives in apartments, so I don't understand why it was so difficult.The person who delivered it was in a pedestrian vehicle (with other people in it) and only put on his OnTrac vest after exiting the vehicle, so my guess is that these are just basically like DoorDashers who are hired for a specific day/delivery, not full time OnTrac employees. They did not seem to care at all about the delivery, probably why they did not bother to try the buzzer or read the delivery instructions.While it's not the retailer's fault, I won't order again as I can't always sit outside for a full day to receive my package. I've never had this issue with any other carrier, the buzzer always works great. This is the standard way packages are delivered in my city.

If I could give this company a ZERO

If I could give this company a ZERO, I would! My package was to be delivered March 19. Instead, I received notification on the 20th that my package could not be located. They do not have a customer service number where you speak to an actual person. There's a number to text and you get an immediate response which basically says they are unable to help you and that you need to contact the seller. Hello! Did you even check to see if you could help me? No! Instead you send a general message, which I'm sure is the same message sent to anyone inquiring about a delivery. I think my package was taken by the delivery driver because a driver did come into the driveway, but left without leaving a package. After reading the many bad reviews given this company, I don't know why any reputable company would be using them for delivery, especially when they are having to make refunds for orders that were 'lost' or 'stolen'.Someone needs to say enough is enough and shut this corrupt company down? The sooner the better!

I had a bad experience with this company twice !!!Once with my fragrance net shipment they lost itAnd now with shein package!! 3 days in New york and still they didn’t find it !!Please don’t think ti work with themI also will report them in Amex

TERRIBLE!!!

TERRIBLE!!!Said they loaded the package twice on a vehicle and then say they never got it!!Now I have no dress I am short $200 and TJMaxx won't refund

Watch for wrong street deliveries

After the 2nd item delivered to the wrong address, I received a response to my complaint. The 1st delivery was to the wrong address, left at the door of a neighbor I do not have contact with, not even left at my gate which has the address posted on it. 2nd item delivered was delivered to the right place however, thrown overthe gate, semi surviving. The latest delivered was delivered to the total wrong street, again thrown over a locked gate. Zero response to the 1st delivery issue. 2nd one, delivered to the wrong street was that "our delivery records show it was delivered, any issues contact he seller. Not sure what the seller has to do with an incorrect delivery. Was a vendor i do business with regularly. Very frustrating, would not recommend on trac for any delivery
