My review will mirror everyone else’s reviews because this company is awful. These bozos “misrouted” my package to a one of their fly by night facilities 20mins up the road, and that was 4 days ago. I’ve received no updates, the awful CEO, Mike Duffy, clearly has no business running that company, because his employees reflect his poor dedication to enhance the customer experience. For something the retailer charged me $10 for, it’s worth the price of admission. This organization is horrible. They don’t answer the phone, and when you reach out to them via chat, they’re even more rude and they just end the chat because like their CEO Mike Duffy, they’re too incompetent to answer the most basic of question.
ontrac is a literal jokehow is this company even still in business?? they “delivered” my package… to the void apparently. bc it sure as heck didn’t show up at my door. i was home all day — no knock, no photo proof, nothing. but somehow it’s “delivered”? be serious.the customer service? don’t even bother. they either ghost you or hit you with the most useless, scripted responses like “check around your property” — like i didn’t already flip my entire porch upside down.ontrac is honestly the equivalent of throwing your package out the window and hoping it lands at your house. unreliable, careless, and straight up trash. if a company uses ontrac, i will cancel my order.save yourself the stress and just don’t. this ain’t shipping, it’s scamming.
If i could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst company! They steal packages and constantly change the delivery dates. They're customer service is horrible! Companies should utilized more organized delivery services, this is subpar and piss poor!
I literally wish I could give 0 stars. This company got my package and it’s in transit and they told me to reach out to the company I bought it from. They won’t do anything since it was shipped already. Like actually worse service ever and they told me nothing they can do about it. My guess is somebody stole the package or they lost it since it was small. But it’s a bright pink package so idk what they did. Horrible horrible horrible I’m so upset I didn’t get my jewelry and hopefully the brand can refund me or send it again.

On April 8, 2025, at exactly 12:31 PM, I was home as usual when I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered. However, to my dismay, the package was nowhere to be found. It appears that the driver may have stolen my package. After sharing my experience online, I discovered that many other customers have faced similar issues with this delivery company. The pattern of lost or stolen packages seems to be a recurring problem, which raises serious concerns about their reliability and accountability. Given the severity of this issue, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will also be reporting this incident to the police. It is unacceptable for customers to endure such experiences without any recourse or support from the company responsible for delivering their packages.In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using OnTrac. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.I hope this review helps others avoid similar situations and encourages the company to improve its services.
Somehow they are unable to deliver to a hotel that is open 24/7, for multiple consecutive days. A very large, clearly-marked hotel, which is also listed on the shipping info on the package.Fortunately my supplier has noted to never use them as a courier in the future. I suggest everyone do the same if possible.
Ugh I am waiting for a delivery and just realised that its OnTrac. These people have NEVER successfully delivered a package to me. 1 was returned to the sender and 1 they said they delivered but it was nowhere to be found...Why do companies keep doing business with this joke of a company?
