Review Time
I ordered an item that was shipped via ontrac. We have security doors on our condo building. I taped a paper to the doors that said to call my.number or use callbox with my unit number. The delivery driver did not even try either to deliever to me instead I got a text that said attempted delievery but unable to complete. I had used their chat to talk to someone who said they would communicate to driver/delievery service about how to deliever my pkg but evidently wasn't passed along as same thing happened 3 straight days then today I got a notice that my item was being sent back to sender. I was also supposed to have been contacted by an ontrac agent today and haven't. Ontrac is the worst service, lazy drivers who can't see delievery directions to contact customer. Lack of communication within customer service agents.
This company is very useless. I ordered from a company called FragranceNet and they usually use UPS and for some reason they decide to use this company. What a waste of time. I ordered something as a birthday gift for my mom and it actually was arriving 2 days before my mother's birthday. it was out for delivery on 4/4/25 never heard of them so I cancelled a doctor's appointment to make sure i was here to receive it, as well as watching the window. Only to get a text that they were unable to deliver. I live in a huge building complex and we don't have names on our bells only the number part of our address and the apartment number. When I chatted with cassidy yesterday i explained that to them and they said they would note for them to ring the bell i told them too. So i had a little hope thinking it would actually be here today on her birthday sitting in the window again since it was out for delivery at 8am. Signed up for text alerts as well as sitting in the window. Only to get that same text as yesterday they were unable to deliver AGAIN. WTF is so hard about reading and paying attention to delivery instructions. I have emailed the company that I ordered from and told them they need to use someone else. because this is now the 3rd time i haven't received my mom's birthday gift. Thanks for ruining it . Their workers are incompetent. Today I spoke with a syed he's asking for a bell code for the driver in which i told him like i told cassidy yesterday it's the number part of my address which 6901 and the unit which is 2. Which is also on the bells. So what's so hard about ringing 6901-2??? A 2 year old could do that
If I could give this joke of a company negative 5 starts I would. They are worse than the USPS, and I didn’t think that was possible. We have never once had something shipped by these morons and not had an issue. Yesterday and today they said my package was undeliverable because they needed a gate code. There is not one gate, or code needed to get to my front door. I waited ant the entrance of my neighborhood (one way in and out, and no gate) from 4:30-5:00 pm today to get my birthday gift my wife ordered, and sure enough I checked the delivery status at 5:00pm. Guess what it said? That’s right! Package undeliverable at 4:42pm. Where the fu€k are they trying to deliver my package. I was waiting at the one and only entrance to my whole neighborhood at that exact time. The delivery driver is either lying, or the most incompetent delivery driver known to man. An Amazon driver using a Samsung just dropped off a delivery and it’s 5:32pm. If a random driver with a Samsung Galaxy can find and deliver to me, why can’t On Trac? Let’s all start a movement to write a bad review every time these jerks screw up and put them out of business. I’m going to write another one about my experience yesterday, and every other time they screwed up. Hold on tight On Trac, 37 bad reviews are heading your way.
I ordered something through home depot online , a $ 500 milwaukee tool on 3-28-25 for a 3-30-25 delivery , i needed it for work this morning and when i typed in my address i forgot to put in my apartment number , but the driver has the phone number as part of the information requested . I went online and updated my address to include my apartment number immediately so i thought it would be fine . I still have not gotten my tool as of right now so their service is garbage !
