Review Time
This place is a scam. My daughter asked for jewelry from here as a gift and I order $100 worth. I ordered it on 12/8 and as of 1/2, it has not arrived. The tracking has just been updated with the following comment:Seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage, The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourseI have emailed the company multiple times with no response.
This is my 3rd review about Opulant Vogue, the two reviews before this they responded and told me to email their customer service which I did both times, they respond to my email, then they ignore me, my issue has been going on since December 2025. I bought a necklace for £29.99, it said it was tarnish free and hypoallergenic. This is not true, mine tarnished after a couple of days and it brought my neck out in sore bumps and a rash. Don't buy from them as they are scammers, it is just cheap Chinese trash, it's not shipped from London even though it says they are based in London. It's shipped from China. So I'm just letting people know not to buy from them.!!!!!! BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!
So this is my 2nd review about Opulant Vogue, my first review has just had a reply from them asking me to email customer service which I had emailed them the first time because of a necklace I bought from them, it arrived and it was cheap trash, supposedly won't tarnish, mine did after a couple of days and bought my neck out in bumps and a rash. Anyway I emailed them again like they asked me to, they replied about twice now they're ignoring me again for the second time. Please people don't buy from them because their jewellery is cheap trash and yes it does tarnish. My dispute has being going on since December 2025.
I ordered items on 2 December and received them on 28 December. The package seemed to be in customs clearance for a couple of weeks. The earrings ordered were damaged and despite emailing no reply as yet received. The bracelet I ordered was very nice but very small - just about fits on my wrist and I have small wrists. I wont order from this company again
Shit company and a big scam don’t order from this place, ordered on the 10th dec and still got nothing. Delivery company tracking status hasn’t changed for weeks. Crazy to think people promote this company all over social media.
Updated - the order came and the bracelet is very nice, so putting my review ro 3 stars, however like others mentioned , service, delivery, communication was shocking Ordered beginning of December, no communication, delivery is late, no response to multiple emails and barely via social media. DO not order, I dony think this company is legit at. All.
