I purchased a bracelet before Christmas and it is the wrong size. I have emailed 5 times to exchange and they have not responded. There is no paperwork with the order, no returns label. This falls outside of their returns policy. They are happy to take your money but not refund or offer an exchange when needed. I will never order again from Opulent Vogue. But then again, Opulent Vogue can reply to me to resolve this, let's see if they do!?!?
I am writing regarding the Nail bracelet(fine) 18 Karat Gold, I recently ordered from this company and received. Unfortunately, the bracelet arrived with a broken clasp.I contacted the representatives immediately after receiving it, and I was asked to provide photos and a video of the issue, which I did. However, I was not given the option to return the item, even though it was clearly defective upon arrival.I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the way this situation has been handled. Because of this experience, I will not be recommending your company to my friends or acquaintances.
DO NOT order from this website! I ordered over 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. They provided fake tracking details and claims that the package has arrived in “destination country” and in “clearance processing” for weeks with no real courier if it was genuine the package would have arrived a long time ago.
Placed order on 28th November and still not received it. I have emailed numerous times and one response saying will look into it and I have sent 3 emails since with no response. Lost out on £30 and no way of resolving issue.Really disappointed and one frustrated daughter
Do not order from this company! Stay away from the Tik tok hype you get this and that because you get nothing! Placed ordered early December and I’m still waiting now 12/1 , the package hasn’t even been sent and I’m getting told a load of rubbish from customer service “Angelica Arceo” keep feeding rubbish “I’m checking with logistics “ I’m waiting for an update” honestly guys don’t order from this company, SCAM!!
the delivery was very delayed and came after christmas although i ordered beginning of December. the bracelet was too large and looked cheap - but there is no option to return item as they say customers will be satisfied with their product. no response so missed the 14 day satisfaction guarantee- though if you read it , it actually makes no sense - i wouldn’t recommend this company
