Hi P2P,I’m wondering where my package is. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the tracking has not been updated since March 23.... still says it’s in Basildon. This is ridiculous. Where is my package and why is the website not updating? So P2P, I would really appreciate it if you could help me figure out where my package is and an estimated day it will be delivered! Please raise an investigation and give me estimated time.
I paid for 48 hour UK delivery but my parcel has been sitting in your Basildon process centre since Monday. I have contacted my retailer directly who say that you have passed my parcel onto Hermes. Hermes are saying that's not the case and that they don't have it yet. My tracking info is still saying my parcel is stuck at your process centre and has been there since 29th March, so where exactly is my package? My tracking numbers are PRO1081GB00012997901 and 5832685816373881. Also tried contacting the centre directly by phone but it says number not avaliable. Trying to get any help from this company has been terrible.Edit - My review does say that I have tried to reach you by phone also. If my package left your warehouse two days ago why does the tracking say it is still there? And why are the carrier you were meant to pass it onto saying that they don't have it? This package was meant to arrive yesterday. And yes, I have reached out to the retailer. Another edit - I've spoken to the retailer and they tell me that you have not passed my package on to the next carrier. Either you still have it or it's left your warehouse and you've passed it on. Which is it?

P2P are the worst carrier I have encountered despite them being a subsidiary of Fedex.Dispatched an iPad from E Global on 20th November.Tracking GER 6960GB07304908201.The tracking ceased after 10days and Royal Mail still not received item 27/12/20.Have emailed E Global and also P2P last week.P2P have not bothered to reply and Eglobal say they will contact P2P to expedite deliveryNeedless to say no sign of pad which was a Xmas present.So 38 days so far and have given up.No doubt a huge pile of lost packages at the Basildon dept.and other reviewers have had identical stories.Will have to contact my credit card provider for their advice.

All my parcels are stuck in TRAKPAK PROCESS CENTRE, BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB. package has not moved since the 19th of December, sent emails and to no response. They were Christmas pressies, so a bit disappointing. Expected deliver date on them was 23/24 December, so i gave them the benefit of doubt.
