Oiling the loudest squeak

From my research, I found that P2P receive the parcel in the UK in about 7 days from date of dispatch from Hong Kong. P2P then only gets around to handing over the parcel to Royal Mail when a customer raises a query, otherwise it just sits in the Basildon centre awaiting processing. So if you are expecting a parcel, don't be patient. Get on their case to get a timely delivery and don't be fobbed off by their excuses. I wish I did rather than waited on my delivery and delayed it unnecessarily by over a week.EDIT: clearly, the response from P2P is a standard form of words, designed to improve PR, rather than to provide actual advice - if they had bothered reading my post, they would have understood that I have already received my item after I had got in touch with them.

Typically, I see that after it has been received in the country, it arrives to the receiver within 1 - 2 days. I shipped this item out a month ago, so it would be good to receive an update soon since the deadline for the item is this week. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for an item last tracked at Heathrow. Its not moved since. I note the stock answer from P2P is the package is the responsibility of the retailer. So let me get this right, I buy a product, they label it and give it to P2P who are paid to move from A to B. They fail to do so and yet that's the retailers fault. NO THIS IS P2P YOU'RE THE ONES MESSING UP. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ERRORS. You're the ones who lose it, not the retailer, they know where it went, THEY GAVE IT TO YOU. THIS IS ON YOU.I have emailed the CS team as requested 2 weeks ago. I have had no reply after the stock 'we have opened an investigation and we will update you" No parcel, no update, no tracking since a month ago when it stopped, no service. One thing you do seem to do well with, you're getting a nice collection of 1* complaints for reviews. One after another, over and over, Well done .Really really unimpressed with the entire mess.MAJOR UPDATE (warning this will just go to show how inept and incapable P2P are)Thanks for your email, just like this review it has informed me the parcel was returned to sender.Hmm, funny how it arrived 2 days ago and it's now at my address, not the senders.I don't mean to be so sarcastic but the item was AWOL for a whole month, P2P then ran an "investigation" only to provide me with 100% incorrect information. Any real investigation would not be such a dumpster fire as this. You really need to change the whole system.

I order the goods 7th April 2021. They dispatched the goods 12 April 2021. FedEx cross border centre received the parcel 23rd April 2021. Since than i lost tracking Now it is two month I didn't received the parcel.and I phone twice FedEx centre and I contact saler as well. I read review of FedEx centre. Using the Bus would be quicker

My parcel was supposedly collected in the UK on 25/05/21 and is still in transit with P2PUK on 7/6/21. The tracking system tell me nothing and the phone number cuts me off if I select the option for customer service.I could have gone on the bus and collected my parcel quicker. Everybody that I email points me elsewhere and I have no doubt that the response here will be to contact the seller. I did and they said P2PUK have the parcel.Come on guys, where is my parcel

My package has been in kent wherever that is since june first. or so it says on the tracker but on fedex it says they haven’t even recieved my package and it’s supposed to be here in two days... not impressed
