Absolutely terrible I had 3 honeysuckle plant to be delivered on a Friday got a message they had delivered them to Liverpool miles away paid express 24 hour delivery I got them on a Wednesday so stuck in a warehouse 4 days .came dead soil dried up and powdery mildew all over them how could they deliver them to wrong area about 100 miles away wot a laugh really bad
I sent a package registered from Japan addressed to my husband in the UK. The postman didn't leave a note when he wasn't at hom. So, my husband didn't know about the package even if I told him by email. Not only that, it wasn't forwarded to my son who lives in the same city, probably because someone put sticker on his address. The package was returned to me in Japan and I had to pay a lot to get it back. I reported this to Royal Mail. They said I should report it to Japan Post. What kind of service is this? There's nothing wrong with Japan Post. It's the UK side which didn't do the job. I wish I could do something but the form I need to fill out seems to me I will get to nowhere!
Disgraceful service. Parcel due to be delivered today at 08:40-11:40. Email received at 10:18 to say they tried to deliver. They absolutely did not try to deliver. Another email at 13:55 saying the parcel had been received at the depot and they had instructions not to deliver today. Absolute horse s**t. They did not receive instructions not to deliver and just make it up as they go along.No wonder Royal Mail are in serious decline. I certainly will never use them!Tracking number IV690133741GB
For days on end my parcel is out for delivery but never arrives this has happened with at least 5 parcels! I was tracking one parcel which was showing as being delivered today, when I tracked it was minutes down the road then suddenly across town then at 8.45pm no tracking available! How they can say something is 24/48 tracked and it still not arrive is beyond me! I live in a small town not a city so not inundated with millions of parcels. I went to our local sorting office yesterday and they said the parcel was out to be delivered. Guess what, it didn’t come. One parcel was out for delivery for four whole days before it arrived all smashed in!
Completely useless. No tracking information whatsoever from these cowboys. You literally provide nothing at all. Then when you deliver you force the parcels through the letterbox and damage the items. If you can't fit them through the letterbox you just leave them out in the rain even when we are home.
