Their website customer support is looping, and there is no easy way to contact them. Their contact number rang for more than 30 minutes before being answered, and they were still charged. Not worth even 1 start, shoud be zero or minus star.

Parcel stolen by Royal Mail

Sold 2 items on Vinted posted in one large bag ,only one item arrived ,the bag had been opened cardboard box removed ,bag just folded over not taped and posted .So not left for anybody to steal it ,so obviously Royal Mail have stolen it .NOT HAPPY

Royal Mail is a joke

Royal Mail is a joke. We posted some documents first class sign for on 20 th October but consignee says not received. We tried on line tracking but merely said we are awaiting your consignment. Tried going back to the Post Offce were we posted it only to be told that it is not their responsibility and we have to contact Royal Mail. We ere shocked. Phoned Royal Mail customer services and after several attempts at giving the reference number to a machine got absolutely nowhere. We then tried to speak to some in customer service services only to be told that the expected wait time was in excess of 40 minutes. Having paid for a service which we appear not to have received and not being able to get any sensible help is intolerable .

They left a book I ordered from Germany outside in the rain despite me being in the house and the doorbells work.They forged my signature.I have pictures.

If you want to get rid of some money

If you want to get rid of some money, buy something online and have Royal Mail as the courier - guaranteed you will never see your purchase. £4 for "first class" delivery, now my item is lost forever. The fact that you can't give lower than 1 star on Trustpilot is being extremely generous to Royal Mail.

The worst app in the universe

The worst app in the universe. Crashes.... ooooops something went wrong. You get an email saying Royal Mail is delivering and you know you have zero chance of tracking and it's pointless to even try. Removing app to remove frustrations
