Review Time
Im so disappointed. I placed my order October 16th and have yet to receive my bed and safety harness. I figured it would take 2 weeks TOPS, but I’m teetering on almost a month. I have emailed and have yet to get an answer as to where my items are. It’s insane. It would probably be in the companies best interest to find a better shipping carrier since that is the biggest complaint-delivery…..not your product.
*Update, it's been 3 days since Pelsbarn replied to this review saying they sent me an email. I have no additional email from them nor have they tried to resolve this issue in any way, they replied to the review to save face but never actually reached out to me as they say they did. Stay away!Original review - I placed an order, Pelsbarn canceled my order, offered me a 15% coupon code, and said they couldn't honor my original order. I went back to the site and they doubled the price of the item I ordered. When I asked them to honor my original order price they said they couldn't because "sometimes item pricing changes." Although they didn't say it, it sure seems like they canceled my order to get me to pay twice the price and thought a 15% off coupon would be sufficient. Bait and switch, stay away!
I have a neurological disabled large dog that drools all the time. Having the Pelsbarn cooling bed has been a lifesaver. She loves to lay her head on the rim or on the extra deep bed and it absorbs the drool and is easy to clean. We have washed it several times and it still looks brand new. We have two now so she can have one in the living room and one in the bedroom. She was laying on the floor because her previous bed was too hot and now she is laying on her Pelsbarn cooling bed. Customer service is great too. I had a question and they responded very quickly. I hope that they come out with more colors and then I will buy more.
If you have a dog, know someone who does or can even afford to buy a few of these great cooling, calming beds, etc. for shelter(s) or even friend/relative; PLEASE go to this website. Our dog loved the cooling bed & blanket and now is going to get the fur calming bed and blanket (for cold weather). Well made, washable and each purchase gives a shelter dog a nice bed and other things. Seem pricey; but definitely worth the cost. Great communication from business and HIGHLY Recommend to go to their website and purchase items. thank you.
My pup loves her bed. We traveled all the way to Maine (13 hours), I felt safe with her Pelabarn bed protecting her and keeping her comfy. We had a small issue with the bed, the customer service department was beyond accommodating and responded so quick. I 10/10 recommend!!
