Delivery was incredibly fast, and the sofa covers are of very high quality—cozy, practical, and stunning. The customer service is outstanding as well. I had ordered four blankets and was late returning one due to family bereavements. The team responded quickly to my email, issued a refund, and suggested I donate the blanket instead of returning it. I am truly impressed and highly recommend this service to everyone. A huge thank you!
I ordered a Pelsbarn fluffy orthopedic bed, car seat for my dog. He seems to be very happy riding in it. It was easy to order and came in a timely manner. After seeing his reaction, I went ahead and ordered an orthopedic fluffy bed for him. There were some issues with the delivery, but Pelsbarn was helpful in communicating with me and the issue got resolved. The courier re-delivered the dog bed. My dog & I are very happy with our new purchases.
The bed is so soft and fluffy! Our dogs immediately run to them to cuddle. It protects our couch while letting us spend time with them❤️. Shipping was quick, product nicely packed. It’s important to support small businesses here in the USA. These businesses are our neighbors and are important to our communities.
Their products are well made and luxurious. My one lab Walter - snuggled right in. My other lab Harvey isn’t quite sure if he’s “allowed” to lay on his so he lays next to it🤣 I’m sure he’ll learn from Walter. Great customers serve! I ❤️ the personalized feel of all of their contacts. Lastly I was able to take advantage of a 2 for 1 deal. BONUS.
Ordered bogo sofa cover bed. The company only provides you with an “order number” NOT a Fedex tracking number. My order is riding around on Fedex with them claiming my address is incorrect NOT and no way for me to track or get Fedex support. Hey Fay, fix this while you are raking thousands of dollars and offereing crap shipping service! Still waiting on delivery Nov 18. Yes some lame CS reached out to say they were sorry I was so frustrated with my order!!! Really! That is NOT CS you clown that bs rhetoric. All that but yet you cant ship using a reliable shipping company other than Fedex which is the crappiest shipping company alive and does not deliver your so called prized sofa beds for days even though they ride around on the truck for days with drivers making up reasons why YOURS has not been delivered because they will get introuble with management if they dont meet daily quota! now I ask you who is being punished for your lame decision to use Fedex…. duh ur The customes who are paying ridiculously high prices for these beds to only sit and wait, and wait, and wait to get them.Fay you failed how to run a business 101 right out of the gate not providing great customer service and prompt delivery. You DESERVE to be squeezed out of business because you dont know shit about running one! My little Pomeranian, Teddy, is living his best life with this luxurious car bed protector! 🎉 It’s like he has his own little kingdom in the backseat of my car now! The cushiony feel makes him so relaxed during long drives. it’s adorable watching him curl up there peacefully while we cruise around town!
I got a good deal on one of their "calming blankets" so I bought one for my senior dog. What a disappointment. Just taking the shaggy blanket out of the bag, numerous strands from the blanket fell all over my floor. I thought maybe these were stray pieces of shag, so I lightly shook it and it rained down several more. It would be very easy for one of my dogs to get pieces of this stupid, shedding blanket in her mouth and choke on them. The return policy is garbage--buyer pays shipping and there's a restocking fee, so it's probably just as cost effective to throw it away before it either falls apart completely or one or both dogs swallows the strands that fall off. I was considering one of their beds but wouldn't give this company another dime. Avoid these potential choking hazard products.
