I decided to get this elevated bed for my dog without high expectations, but it turned out amazing. The material feels strong yet breathable, and the frame holds steady even with daily use. My dog naps on it every afternoon, especially when the floor gets hot. It’s durable, easy to clean, and looks great in the corner of the patio.
I ordered the luxurious full backseat protector + free blanket. It was on "sale" for $299.00! I was hesitant at first but after some thinking I decided to order. I've never heard of this company but they had so many great reviews plus I apricated that they seem to be pro shelter pets. Shortly after placing my order I was sent multiple e-mails and truly it felt like I was being spammed! The tracking information was a joke but I did get my order and when it arrived to say I was let down would be an understatement. It does not fully cover the backseat of my 2015 Honda pilot it's a little short but what really made me mad was that when I started to set it up I realized one of the seat anchors was ripped! This company does advertise a 1 year warranty for manufacture defects but truly I don't trust this business and I wont be ordering again or returning their shoddy seat cover! I'll just have to make it work until it will eventually fall apart no different from a cheap car seat cover. I did e-mail them as soon as I got my delivery 11-7-2025 but it was after business hours and I don't expect anything from this company quite frankly. I hope that they do actually help shelter pets in need because somebody should benefit from my $299.00+ mistake!
I was looking for something other than a blanket for our 11yo boxer to put on our couch. Not only was it a great deal but the shipping was very fast. Our dog has given up her dogs beds and will only lay on this now. Lots of snoring happening in our house!
The material of the car bed is beautiful, however, the walls are far too unstructured and results in the bed folding onto itself. The customer is responsible for returns. The cheapest method (USPS) was $38 to return. The bed cost $140. Extremely disappointing. Wasted money! And the return process is outdated and archaic.
Not knowing what to expect when I contacted Pelsbarn with an issue I had, I couldn't have been more pleased. They answered me so promptly and quickly worked with me to resolve the issue. I could not be more impressed with their Customer Service!
I ordered one Pelsbarn Protecting Car Seat size S in cream and one Dog Safety Seat Belt with Elastic Bungee today. I placed my order of $116.99 and was shocked when I looked at my bank account and I was charged 3 separate times. I am a senior on budget with stage 4 cancer and feel betrayed and robbed by this company. I immediately tried to call them to to correct their mistake and could not get through and then wrote an email where I was told they were busy and could not get back to me for 72 hours. I have one dog! Why would I order 3 car seats? I'm in tears.
