stimonials or reviews:Today we picked up our 9 week old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier for a 5 1/2 hour drive back home. We had the Pelsbarn car seat and blanket ready for her. She settled in nicely and was calm for the ride but seemed super happy to snuggle back in after potty breaks . I figured the stress of being away from Mom and travelling made her sleepy, but now I'm not so sure. It may have been her Pelsbarn.We were home for about 5 hours before I put her in the crate for bed time. Of course, within a minute, the first night away from mamma and the other pups hit home and she began the first night lonely whines. I remembered I forgot to put her Pelsbarn blanket in her crate and went to grab it. As soon as I put it in the crate with her, she snuggled up, and I didn't hear any more lonely whines. Literally, the moment I put it in her crate, she was comforted and went to sleep. The material is the softness thing you've ever felt, but I didn't realized it was made with magic...or love. That must be it because my little pup felt it and hasn't whined or shown any sign of distress since I gave her her Pelsbarn blanket. And no, I'm not affiliated with the company in any way. In fact, I went against my better judgement and ordered through FaceBook. Much to my surprise, it is one of the best dog items I've ever purchased, and the customer service, tracking, and delivery updates are outstanding! I will definitely purchase additional items from Pelsbarn!
After ordering $300 worth of stuff. I got emails apologizing for delays. I contacted them for an ETA. They sent me a link. The link is always the same. It says waiting for pickup. Then I found out that it is shipping from China. I thought it was made in the USA. I have had very bad delays with things from China. If I knew this before I would of never ordered it. So mich for their claim of fast shipping. Its coming up on 2 weeks and nothing. If I do get it in a month I will be surprised. I feel like I have just wasted about $300. I wish I did not order this
They market their products as if they are made and ship from CA but it’s made in China. I got the cooling bed and it is poor quality for the $80 I paid. It is more a flimsy topper with no real cushioning other than in the bumper. My 60-lb dog barely fits within the bumper and doesn’t care for it. Got a much better cooling bed (bigger, cushiony and cooling with removable cover) from a trusted large online pet retailer instead. Lesson learned DO NOT fall for the social media ads!
Agree with all the negative comments about this product-purchased the car bed - first of all advertised in California in the US then I received tracking from China, when asked many times about the China tracking and the US california advertising - NO response - the bed is flimsy - slips all over my back seat - took forever to arrive. Very misleading and a scam to say the least!
I was looking for a cooling bed for my best friend when an ad appeared on Face Book it was what I was looking for . Ordering online means you take a leap of faith, I ordered a bed and a pad and I was not disappointed. The quality is outstanding and they work great . I noticed my dog prefers to lay on his bed or pad he is more comfortable when he gets up and it is the first thing he heads to when we come home . They work great
This company frequently communicated the progress of delivery of my order since it was a very popular item and, therefore, delayed a slight bit. I appreciated their honesty and updates. The product itself, a pet bed for the car to reduce anxiety in pets, is of excellent quality and design and I highly recommend it for all pet owners.
