Everything this company claims to be and sell is one big lie.From the “last day of sale” (every single day I now check their website it’s the “last day of sale”) to the “comfiest bed”, to “give your dog the gift and comfort with this high quality bed” (in fact the quality couldn’t be any worse!).Reading over these lies again makes me want to puke!The bed is NOT comfy, it doesn’t even qualify to be called a bed as it has ZERO cushioning on the bottom.It’s not non-slip as the fuzzy material is not attached to the non-slip material so when the dogs walk over it or jump up, that will make them slip and can seriously hurt them! ACL surgery here we come!!!The cushioning is the cheapest I have EVER seen in ANY dog bed and the corners don’t have any filling at all. The cushioning material is so cheap that you can depress it to 1cm height! Unbelievable!!!! So much for “security”. And anti anxiety? How??? There ain’t nothing anti-anxiety about this fuzzy blanket with a sausage roll around it!I am so furious that I fell into the trap of buying this piece of worthless fabric (I wanted to use other words but thought I would keep it rated PG). I just hope I can keep other people from falling into the same trap. There is no way these beds and car seats get a 5 star review and praises from all the people that they claim on their website!And since everything is always on “sale” and sale items are excluded from returns this is a money making machine for them by selling $2 products for $80. Despicable. Absolutely despicable. And then claiming they are supporting rescues and shelters with dog beds (another lie) 🙈How much lower can they sink with their horrible lies 🤬
I’m absolutely in love with this full car bed cover for my two dachshunds, Stella and Coco! They fit perfectly side by side, and they seem to enjoy their new travel space. The elegant design even matches my car’s interior, giving us both a luxury upgrade!
The customer service at Pelsbarn is excellent, the product is great! I bought a dog bed to go in the front seat of my Toyota Tacoma and my dog Winston absolutely LOVES it! I can tell he feels so much more comfortable and secure in his Pelsbarn bed, opposed to just a blanket I used to use.
Just got this amazing car bed for my Labrador, Charlie, and I’m so impressed! The fabric feels high-end and protects my leather seats beautifully from muddy paws after our hikes. Charlie’s so comfortable, he sleeps the whole ride home!
I would give this company a zero rating if I could. I ordered a car bed on Feb 2nd 2024. I have never received the bed. The tracking stopped updating on Feb 12th. I called the company but the phone message says that they are too busy to answer the phone. Emails get bounced back. I have been forced to contact VISA to see about reversing the charge. Buyer beware!As an update, I did receive an email from the company asking if I would still like to receive the product. If yes they would resend it. If no, they would issue a refund. I did reply to the email to say that I would still like to receive the product, but the Email bounced back as undeliverable! This is a very unprofessional company. So, still no refund and still no delivery of the car bed I ordered
