DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! WEBSITE IS MISLEADING.Ordered the car bed with the understanding that that shipping and returns were free. This was stated right above the order button. I asked for a refund 2 days after ordering and they said they couldn’t refund due to the item shipping. I never received any shipping information or email. The item showed up on my doorstep 10 days later. Asked once again for a label to return the item. I was sent their refund policy that was no where to be seen when ordering. I am filing a complaint.
My 10 lb mini dachshund took to this car seat instantly! She loved it so much that I ended up moving it into her crate, and now we call it her "couch." She spends so much time there, even bringing her toys along. I’ll likely get another one for the car. Perfect for small dogs who love cozy spots!
I ordered the XL Pelsbarn Protecting Car Bed on 2/23/24. I received it on 3/4/24. First issue was it did not cover my seats and was not wide enough for my Audi SQ5 which is a smaller vehicle. They don’t make them any larger. There are straps & buckles to attach to the headrest and a handle to insert into the fold of the seat but nothing to keep the bottom from bunching up and will not stay flat. My dogs did not feel secure and after 1 car ride the product ended up bunched up and no longer covered the seats. The product is slippery and my dogs paws kept sliding off the seats. The quality is minimal as the only cushion is ONLY on the edges that kept getting trapped uncontrollably under the dogs. I tried to return it the NEXT DAY and was denied due to purchasing it on sale. !!BUYER BEWARE!!! It’s always on sale- they trick you with their disclaimer that there are no returns on sale items. This product is not worth the sale price of $129 that was spent. Supposedly the original cost was double that. What a HORRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Do not spend a dime with this company! Lesson learned to only purchase through a trusted site like Amazon that has an easy and honest return policy.
I rescued a 15 year old Yorkie earlier this year... super tiny 4pounds. This just arrived yesterday and I put it in the living room to acclimate her and see if she willingly goes in. Yayy Found her in it several times last night. Younger sister toy poodle 11 pounds fit in with her. We just ordered another one. Will keep one in living room.
TERRIBLE product and the company is a scam! They always have their items marked down so they can say they are final sale, they are never not on sale. The car seat beds are very poor quality, nothing as pictured on their website or social media pages. There is NO way they have 30k 5 star reviews, they have to be fake. There is no way to secure the car seat down, it slides all over. The fur is sparingly and minimal not at all fluffy and full like the items. And the quality is sooooo cheap. Do NOT buy from this company. They are scammers!!!
