Review Time
I purchase one or two pairs of Pikolinos every couple of years. They are an excellent shoe. Well made, comfortable from the start and remain in excellent condition, especially when treated and kept clean. My oldest pair was purchased in 1990. They are still going strong, a little worn but perfectly adequate and comfortable. I would never hesitate to purchase or recommend Pikolinos whether it be boots, trainers, sandals or dress shoes. I have a narrow foot and these are perfect for me Unlike others have mentioned, the one time I’ve had to return a pair (last year) was simple and straight forward. A returns receipt was included in the packaging. Just sealed everything up and sent it back. Easy peasy
I keep coming back for more. Pikolinos fit my narrow but long foot (size 42), they are super stylish and comfortable. I get lots of comments on my Pikolinos. Customer service has been exceptional in the past, replacing a pair of sandals that had broken unexpectedly, in no time at all. I am impressed.
Amazing quality shoes and boots but the customer service and returns process from Uk atrocious. Unhelpful customer service and took over a month to arrange a return that would work. (Still getting nowhere) and now have a pair of boots that cost over £120 sitting in my house!
Bought the mens boots around 2020 ir 2021. Found them very uncomfortable inside heels the cushion is thin and hard underneath. The shows gave me plantar fasciitis. Shelved them for maybe a year and started to wear them again. They do not breathe. The do not lace tight and lead to blisters on long city walks - got them specifically for city walking as i travel to places like NYC, DC, Chicago etc. lastly. I was walking recently and the zipper opened up from the bottom. Never heard nor had this brand but i think they are more living off a developed name or do not know mens city boots well. Leather is high quality. Inside lining is too. But I have put maybe 25 miles on these boots and they are not up to the task of real city walking.
Boots are OK. They used to be really nice and lots of different designs but now they seem to use one last for all of the designs (and they are narrower in the toes than they used to be). Boots used to be comfortable as soon as I put them on but the quality and design seem to have deteriorated.The returns process is a nightmare if you've ordered more than one pair and are returning part of the order. You have to email them to get the customs paperwork sent over. I've tried doing this and the customer service rep I'm dealing with keeps replying and saying the documents are attached but they never are. Now she's sending the link to information about the returns process, which I'm well aware of. I don't know if something is being lost in translation, but we're going round and round in circles. All in all, not sure it's worth the effort.
