I ordered 2 pairs from Pikolinos one pair of boots and one pair of shoes. Shoes didn't fit - I had extreme trouble getting a returns label from Pikolinos - first phone call they promised a label, which did not arrive - the 2nd phone call went unanswered as did messages to Customer Services, the third phone call to them DID result in a returns label being sent to me so I returned the shoes and have NOT received a refund. The tracking number on the label Pikolinos sent to me PayPal tell me is invalid. The tracking No: UPS STANDARD Tracking No: 1Z 1VS 976 91 9820 7784. Neither pair of shoes came from Pikolinos with any paperwork of any kind and as I bought them with PayPal the only number I have is a Paypal number: Order 2800038865. I would like to buy from Pikolinos again but now don't feel that their promise of free delivery and free returns works properly.
Ordered two pairs direct as not available in the UK. One pair had a mark on each shoe. They asked me to send photos, when they saw them, they offered an exchange or refund. I said in the UK, I would have asked for another pair or a discount. The marks were not too bad, and rather than send them back and wait for another pair which may have different marks, I said I would keep them if they knocked me something off. They offered me 10 euros as a goodwill gesture which I assumed would be credited to my payment method. They have put it in my Pikolinos account to knock off any future purchase. I have just spent £200, so unlikely to buy again soon, and now, will never buy direct.
Pair of Nerva shoes bought direct from Pikolino (web site) in Spain, probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever had.Was a little worried as these are of a style different to all the Pikolinos Ive had in the past, hardly had them off my feet on holiday, so light and comfortable you cant tell you have them on.Buying direct from Spain was also an easy affair, shoes ordered Friday, fully tracked and delivered to a local store (grocery) in the next village the following Thursday.
Purchased Pikolino Tarifa shoes direct from the website. Less than three months of use and the threads are coming out and the soles are separating from the shoe. See photos. I contacted customer service. They stated the shoes were damaged and are unable to remedy the situation. I am not sure how you can damage a shoe from wearing it. I expected more from a $175 pair of shoes. I am trying to file a claim with the payment processor now. Absolute junk. Off to Walmart to purchase a better pair for $20.
Never have i experienced a costumer service this bad. This week my order was delivered and the shoes weren't identical ( almost 2 cm difference in the noses of the shoes)So i mailed them twice , completed the mail with order data, article number and 3 photos of the shoes asking how this is going to be solved. No response...then contacted them on facebook and they promised costumer services would reply. And they did..in the mailreply which had my mail and photos attached they asked me for order data, a receipt proving the shoes were not older than 2 years ( ordered new collection ss 2018 ) and wanted to see photos of what was wrong...Returning them now as we speak...never ordering again.
nice shoes and free post all the way from spain... BUT was sent the wrong boots and they insist the ones in the photo on the website even though they CLEARLY arent! the zip is a half zip for starters and they show a full zip.. plus the heel and details are different - BAD customer service!Also have returned another order and STILL waiting for a refund...
DONT BUY THESE SHOES!!! They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE!! I wore them out one night for about a half hour and I had to stop at a shoe store to get a different pair because the pain was so excruciating!! I didn't have time to turn back to my home because I was already late and I was told that my foot would break in the leather. I returned them back to Pikolinos within the 30 day and three weeks later they arrived back at my doorstep! They said they had been wore...which is true but only had a little dirt on the bottom! I wiped it off and they are brand new. I tried to contact them several times and no response. Oh... and there is no phone number so I have to do email which it is easier for them to ignore you. Now I am stuck with this pair of shoes that cost me over $250 that I cannot wear. The least they could do is exchange them and make things right.... SHAME ON THEM!!!
I'm very happy with my leather shoes that I ordered through Pikolinos, a Spanish company. Delivery to the Netherlands was smooth and free of charge (from a certain amount upwards I guess). Wrapped in a beautiful box. The shoes are amazing quality with eye for detail and workmanship. A few years ago I also ordered sandals from them, same story. Excellent quality and detail, smooth delivery.
