Disintegrating Soles

Customer service is unacceptable. They produce overpriced boots that have disintegrating soles. The soles cannot be replaced so you’ve dropped a few hundred dollars for a piece of leather that might as well be a chew toy for dogs. Wouldn’t recommend that as whatever cheap material sole is comprised of would probably carry some form of toxicity throughout leather. Your production using inferior materials has been reported to FTC. Your expensive products should be outlawed from production.

The quality of the boots were good, customer support no. Existent

The quality of the boots were good, once I had them stretched. Customer service support was non existent and there were no return instructions in the delivery box or contact or website information in case I needed to return the item.

My first pair of Pikolinos. I will be buying more! Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I wore them straight out of the box, and ended up being in them for the next 36 hours. I was more than impressed!!

BEWARE! 44 days and counting to receive a refund. Criminals.

Returned a pair of shoes 23/08/2023, received in their warehouse with delivery confirmation on the 29/08/2023. A month and a half on, and no refund. I called up their customer service on the 05/10/2023 and they assured me the money would be refunded in 3-4 working days. It is now the 12th of October, and no refund. Absolutely shocking, I do not recommend buying from this company as their customer service is appalling and clearly they like to mess their customers around. I have never EVER seen a refund take so long to come through, there is no reason for this. Extremely disappointed. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Very little choice of shoes

Very little choice of shoes. Went last week n for flat shoes, only had winter boots . Had to go elsewhere. Dissatisfied with the size of store especially being in the center of malaga.

Returned shoes, still awaiting refund 2 weeks later

Return reference: DC00541234P1I returned a pair of shoes back to Pikolinos which were delivered back to them 2 weeks ago. I am yet to receive confirmation of processing of refund and am still awaiting refund. I have emailed them over 5 times since then but still await a response. I have now called them twice, once to be told that the refund would be processed today but then when I called again today they said they couldn't access the server to process my refund. This company is totally hopeless with customer service and I will never purchase anything from again given the poor quality of service.

I love pikolinos - But look out for fake sites!!!

I love pikolinos, and have bought sneakers and sandals for the last 6 years. today I came upon a fake site with 50% discounts. they use the brand domain Pikolinos and add shoes in the local language and a local domain. I see other brands being victim of same fraud soo look out.

Pikolinos that cannot be repaired

I have bought 4 pairs of Pikolinos. They made one casual pair which I liked a lot. Two years later I bought their 'updated' model of the same shoe, as well as 2 other models. Despite not much wear at all, within 2 years these were leaking badly. Even walking on damp pavements caused my socks to be soaking straight away. I discovered that there were slits in the soles. I then discovered on taking them to two cobblers that this latest model has been designed in such a way that they cannot be re-soled. I don't mind that in response to photos etc their eventual reply was 'out of warranty'. Fair enough (although I think they should be more serviceable than that). However why design shoes in this day and age when we are trying our best to get away from disposability that cannot be re-soled? Painstaking follow-up from me failed to elicit a satisfactory response. Their eventual reply was "Good afternoon Keith! Thank you very much for contacting us. There are certain models that, due to the type of shape or various factors, make it impossible to fit a new sole.If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help you. We wish you a great day! "As I say I don't think this is very good policy.....

Until they post on each shoe they…

Until they post on each shoe they feature on their website, the country they are made in, I will no longer purchase anymore of their shoes. I have three pair of Pikolinos all in size 45 along with a few pair of Ecco's. The last pair of Pikonlinos I purchased were 45 and I had to return them as they were too big. The replacement arrived the other day in size 44 which was better. Looked under the tongue of the shoe and printed in red was "Made in China". If I had known that I would have continued searching until I found a style made anywhere but China. If you are selling in the USA, you should abide by our rules, stating where the product was made.
