I have plenty of Pikolinos shoes because I always feel they were good quality for value, and very comfortable. However, in the last couple of months I bought two pairs of pikolinos, one pair the same model as one I previously had. In less than two months, they are already pretty damaged, which is disappointed given that the cost has gone up. Definitely it is not the same quality now as it used to be. Furthermore, I sent my complaint to them and they completely ignored me, of course. Not interesting in bad criticism. Following the email below, I sent again my complain to Pikolinos (I bought them online), and I have received no answer at all. Clearly, not only the quality of the shoes have degraded.My second email was sent to “info at pikolinos.com” the 11th July. I did not get any email error and your system does not provide any acknowledgment so it’s difficult to provide anything else. Definitely I believe that 24/48h are gone by now… definitely you are far quicker replying in Trustpilot. It is impressive.
These used to be my favourite shoes, really comfortable and good looking. They were the only shoe brand I wore for years with many replacement pairs. However, the latest pair just aren't the same. They look very similar but the fit is different. They are nowhere near as comfortable. I hear they have moved production overseas. Such a shame as I'll now need to look for another favourite shoe brand. While this above remains true I am editing this review as their customer service reached out and have been really helpful. I actually bought another pair to give them another go, but unfortunately the same issue so I sent them back. Just not as comfortable as they used to be
Do not buy off this company. I brought boots off them at £125.00 and they leak, they have had me send pics, of boots, receipt etc. I paid for them in a shop , the shop ordered them directly from them and they sent them to me.They now say I can’t have a refund as the pictures don’t show a fault with the sole!!! They say because I paid for them in a shop they have to refund me! The shop is not local and my argument is they sent them to me and had payment from shop. Initially I rang the number on the advert for them and got told I’d be sent a postal label and advice on returning via e Mail. That didn’t happen either.They are a company not to be trusted. You have been warned.
I loved the shoes but alas they were too large so had to be returned. PIKOLINOS service was excellent throughout the entire process. The shoes were delivered quickly, return was easy and fast, and refund was made promptly. They are an exceptionally customer oriented company. I have since bought two more pairs of PIKOLINOS and I love them. I’m a devotee of this brand.
I've have used Pikolinos in the past - no issues. For the first time, one of my two new pairs broke within 6 months, with limited use. Complained to the published email address with pictures and have followed up twice since. There is not even acknowledgement of the email. Non existent customer service. You lost a loyal customer.
