Review Time
Pikolinos shipped my order 11/6 a full 7-days after I placed the order on October 31. Did not receive my order for another 17 days. I contacted customer service. They said they would look into it and call me back at which time they highlighted to me that I chose 5-8 days shipping option. I mentioned them not shipping to me on time and I missed my wife's birthday. Customer service never contacted me back after this. I placed an almost $600 order. I am really not happy at all missing my wife's birthday and the poor shipping and customer service. For the price point you need to do A LOT better Pikolinos. Not a happy customer.
I wasn’t sure about delivery process and returns as placed order in UK. But i loved one of the pair of shoes and took the risk. Shoes were great just not my size but return was easy and free. Good communication. Order another pair and they are great, feel like the gloves on your feet as leather so soft. Now i know my size and looking forward to buy more shoes.
The most beautiful comfortable brown soft leather boot uppers. Unfortunately they use PU polymer soles which are cheap and known to disintegrate quickly. And with the way the sole is stitched on, there is no way to repair them. So sad that I have to throw away such gorgeous boots that would have lasted a lifetime if the sole was made out of quality material and/or made in such a way that they can be repaired. Never again will I purchase from Pikolino, no matter how beautiful.
I ordered two pairs of sandals online (Aug 2024). They had to come from Spain but still arrived quickly. As always the quality and fit were excellent. The only thing I am disappointed about is that they discontinued the style that I bought back in 2020.
I am a long term and very loyal Pikolinos customer who spent thousands of dollars on shoes, sandals and sneakers. However, I noticed that the quality of the products in most cases are poor, and considering the price of the products, it is not fair to customers. For instance, few month ago I've ordered 2 pair of sandals, and realized recently, only after few times wearing it, that it is falling apart, I could not beleive my eyes, and checked again, but yes, now I have to go to shoemaker to fix it and to spend another $20 on top of $200 that I've already spent on each.When I contacted customer service of Pikolinos, they just sent me a return label and apology
I really like the shoes from this brand, quality is important to me. I have bought them on several occasions and have been satisfied with each purchase. I recently bought some boots that I loved since I saw them, soft, comfortable and the style fascinates me.
I had a negative experience with your company. I ordered a product, paid for it, but the product was not delivered to me. It's been 3 weeks since the product arrived. I still haven't received it, no one responds to all my comments.
