This company that has mostly 1 star review today filed a complaint against us for copyright infringement. I think that his behaviour is crazy. Probably their business is not going well and they are trying to search for money in other ways.
I have one pair of short boots and one pair of knee-high that I’ve had for about 3 years. I discovered the heels are hollow when they collapsed on both pair a couple years after purchase. I paid to replace them with solid heels. I’ve only worn the knee-high boots about 15 times in 4 years and yesterday the both soles cracked wide open! As others have mentioned, I expected good, lasting quality boots based on the company’s reputation and the pricing. Sadly mistaken and disappointed! I will not be purchasing this brand again.
On December 12, 2022 I ordered shoes and a purse and a wallet. Watching tracking and it never left Miami, FLA after a label was created two days later. I finally called an agent, they said they would look into it. I kept emailing, waiting after they started an investigation with their shipping partner of choice UPS. I still waited. I emailed again. I got a response by email they were refunding me. I am waiting again, no refund. I am waiting. Yesterday Christmas Day I get a email saying case is resolved and closed. But it's not. Beware of this company. They have sat on $560 since Dec. 12, 2022. Hard to trust someone who can take your money instantly and you are waiting for a refund with no explanation where your package is or why.
At one time all my shoes/boots were Pikolinos but not so much now. The quality has certainly gone downhill. I do hope their move to China was a good move for the company as for customers it was the worst thing they could have done. We are still paying Pikolinos prices for a cheaper made version of their footwear. What a shame. Thank you to Pikolinos for taking the time to answer my review. I certainly have to disagree with your statement below, your shoes are telling their own story. They are not of the same standard as previous years. Look at your reviews on here they are spelling it out for you.
Usually good quality shoes.Just bought a pair , thought the leather was thin and the shoe was lighter than my existing pair I have had for two years. Now made in China !! Stamped on the inside of the strap.This is appalling I thought I was buying good quality Spanish leather shoes again .Extremely disappointed.
A disaster! I bought an attractive, comfortable pair of Pikolinos shoes at a shoe store in Orléans France this summer (July 2022). Today I wore them for the first time and after 15 mins I noticed I was leaving a trail behind me. Thinking it was dirt I checked the soles and found they had totally disintegrated - you can actually see inside the heels which have collapsed. It's a pity I can't post a photo here. It is I repeat, a disaster.
I own 6 pairs of Pikolinos shoes and I wear them every day. I love them and have had no issues with the shoes whatsoever. They are well made and beautiful.I get compliments all time on my Pikolinos shoes. I am looking to purchase another pair this month.
Brought some pikolinos ArtisAn boots less than two months ago, three weeks ago the detailing around the heel began to peel off. I took them back to the store I purchased them from and she suggested I may have got them wet and that it was my fault. She stated that she would need to send them away to be assessed. I'm disappointed that these $339 boots are apparently unable to meet the conditions of everyday wear over winter. I thought these were good quality boots? Was I wrong?
