I had bought 2 pair of Pikolinos in Hong Kong 2008. They are still intact and my favorite still an eye catcher. I did not pay attention to the name its just that today I saw the name and searched online and was happy that the brand still exists. Quality comfort and long lasting Pikolinos is an awesome reliable brand now will be shopping online.
I ordered a pair of shoes in May, then I got an email saying that the shoe is out of stock and they will refund me. But I never receive the refund. After more than 10 emails and phone it is still not solved. I warn people be careful of the customer service and watch out if you want to get refund. This is stealing money and not honest. I am very upset about it. And I will ask for legal approach to solve it.
Pikolinos Canada -pikolinosshoescanada is the website - is usingPikolinos brand trademarks and apparently is a fake site. They took my payment and never sent the shoes. They have not responded to any requests for information about the order, and, astonishingly, PayPal has refused to do anything about it. This is not a good look for the Pikolinos brand.
Phenomenal sandals.I sent back 4 different brands cause none of them were any good, all of them were more expensive than Pikolinos.However, the pair I got from Pikolinos is absolutely perfect, soft, well-designed, and genius.I went to their site and immediately bought more stuff.Update after I got the second package: I ordered a leather backpack. It's made out of super soft leather, the details are perfect. Bonus points for the fact it's not made in China. Again, well-done team Pikolinos.
I ordered two pair of leather shoes from Pikolinos. Before making the order final I checked Trustpilot and started worrying if it was save to do so. Decided to do it anyway and I am so glad I did. The quality of the shoes is great. Beautiful leather, true to size and finally shoes that aren’t too wide at the heel. It is clear a lot of attention has been given to making sure the shoes arrive safely and on time. Will order again.
I owned a pair of sandals from Pikolino where all of a sudden the outer soles were sticky to the touch and fractured off in pieces as I walked in them. They were past the warranty but I thought Pikolino would still stand by their product and make it right since I spent $102 on these shoes -- for sure they aren't supposed to have the outer soles crack off! I was given lip service only -- told it's past the warranty so there's nothing we can do. I asked if a manager would call me and the customer service representative said he would escalate it to that level -- for a manager to call. He encouraged me to send my photos and receipt to their customer service. Then when I did responded back right away, "Sorry past warranty!" And I have to say, it was really disappointing to see "Made in China" on such expensive shoes. I will not buy this brand anymore and I will tell people about my experience. All they had to do was make it right! But they chose not to.
I have been a customer for a few years and those boots are still lasting, Decided in January to purchase a new style of short boot as a birthday gift to me, 3 weeks later, ONE FOOT has soaked up all the rainwater on the street.When I wrote to them about this, I was informed"Also, many of our models have a system where the sole is sewn to the shoe, meaning that the leather doesn't lose its elasticity and moulds perfectly to the foot. HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT OUR PRODUCTS ARE SUTABLE TO WATER AND LIKE ANY PRODUCT MADE FROM NATURAL LEATHER, OUR SHOES ARE NOT COMPLETELY WATERPROOF'Given that I purchased a boot, you would think that ONE would not soak up water like a sponge! and the other ONE stay dry.Thinking that they may realise this is clearly a manufacturing issue as the other boot is fine. They would exchange the boots.But No....As a rule I don't buy expensive boots to soak up the street in a matter of weeks. So being told they wont replace but to keep me as a customer they offered a 10% discount All I can say is lousy product, lousy customer services, a 10% discount equating to £15-£20 discount is an insult when you pay so much for boots that are clearly a faulty product, they say it is not faulty, when clearly it is as the other foot is fine! So I now can only wear my BOOTS when days are DRY & SUNNY WONT BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. suggest you look to another company to produce a product that is worth the money. then giving them your money. They have lost all faith with this existing customer. I certainly will not be recommending you.
My girlfriend purchased a pair of Pikolino boots. Wore them twice and one of the heels disintegrated. At a closer look I see the heel are just plastic and hollow, wrapped in some kind of faux fabric to look like a stacked leather heel… Lol. These boots are about as cheaply made as you can get. I’ve read many of the reviews here and Pikolino reply. Don’t believe a word their customer service tells you. Pikolino is not a quality company and their products are cheap Chinese quality that is not warranted. My girlfriend has spent days contacting Pikolino customer service, she sent photos, supplied receipts and still no help. This will be her last Pikolino product she purchases. Just because a product is design somewhere doesn’t make it manufactured in that country. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this junk.
I ordered a pair of shoes from the Pikolinos web site on Feb. 4. They never arrived. I have had several "conversations" online with a customer service representative. She has been sympathetic but ineffective. In desperation, on Feb. 28 I filed a dispute with my credit card company seeking a refund of $191.70.
I placed two orders 25 and 26/11/2022 from Piklinos and I was pretty sure it is UK store or at least they are sending parcels from UK warehouse. After I got tracking scans I realised that parcels are coming from Spain (there is no single wirs about this at Pikolinos web site), what means I'll need to pay import taxes. I got in touch with customer service and asked to cancel orders ans return parcels. Despite of this parcels were sent. I refused to receive one of the parcels and there wasn't attempt to deliver 2nd parcel. After it has been done I got in touch with seller and asked to request to return my parcels and refund my money. They said they'll request this, but it was one month ago and tracking not showing that parcels are returning. In addition to that seller told I need to wait until parcels will be received at their warehouse. And only after that they will refund my money. As it already over a month since parcels supposed to be returned I got in touch with seller again and asked to refund my money asap. But since that time (2-3 weeks at this moment) seller not replying to my emails anymore and ignoring me completely.
