Review Time
My wife bought a pair of barefoot trainers in Vigo September in 2025 and liked them so much that she purchased a 2nd pair on line from the UK only to find that the quality was not as good, the first pair had the wrong size insoles, at least 2 sizes too big for the shoes so was asked to return them then the replacement pair had defective stitching. On checking inside the on line shoes they were made in Morocco and the pair purchased in Vigo were made in Spain, it appears that the quality made shoes are kept for the Spanish market and the on line purchases are made in other countries to a lesser standard. I had no problem returning them and receiving a refund but I would only ever purchase again if I returned to Spain and would definitely check the country of origin before purchasing.
Picolinos use to be a top quality brand. Now, my second pair disintetegrated. Where supposed to be stitches seams just glued in together. They are falling apart after 2 month of wearing. No international support, I have to go back to Spain if I want to return. Don't be deceived by the quality leather used. Not worth it anymore.Bye-bye Picolinos
I visited the PIKOLINOS store in Vigo as I was on a cruise after spending £100 pounds on sneakers I was horrified and upset when I went to take them out of box to find they only packed one shoe immediately after arriving uk I emailed also called a number of times this is unacceptable service from a company such as this these shoes are not cheap as have been told I have to wait up to a month for my money back I have had to keep on as they don’t freely offer help this has been a nightmare of bad bad service and customer service
Pikolinos used to be a premium brand that could be relied upon to deliver a great looking, comfortable pair of shoes that would last several seasons and still look good.Now they have disintegrating soles. My soles fell apart after less than 15 months. I thought mine might have been an exception until I looked on here and saw a worryingly high number of people who have experienced the same issue. Unfortunately I can't see how to upload photos here.Pikolinos customer service only care about proof of purchase rather than their disasterous soles.They have literally become sole-less.
I'm fuming with this Company. I bought a lovely pair of perfect shoes, well made. Straight away I ordered another pair in a different colour. What a mistake! They charged me more, failed to deliver on the day, and they are sending the wrong size! I have emailed them twice, no response. Disgusting service.
I purchased a pair of sandals online direct from Spain. I already own a pair of their sandals which I really like and thought these were the same/similar in a different colour. However the quality is not the same and after wearing about 4 times they have stretched so much they are unwearable. I emailed them for their opinion, sending photos and a more detailed explanation but they have failed to answer. A second and third email has also not been responded to. Why ask customers to contact them on info@pikolinos if they do not respond. I will not buy their products again either online or from an outlet.
