I contacted the company to report that my boots had a faulty zipper, which always unzipped slowly as I walked around. They told me to send the boots back and they would send out a new pair when my faulty boots were received. I shipped my boots, and waited for weeks! Meanwhile, I saw that this boot style went on sale and my size sold out. I contacted PIKOLINOS to ask whether I would get my replacement boots. They gave me a bunch of nonsense about processing times and so on. They said that as a special favor, they would send me my new boots immediately, even though my returned boots (I had checked the tracking info, and noted they had arrived at the warehouse more than a week before this contact) were “still being processed.” They claimed that they had “set aside” a pair of replacement boots for me. Right. Lo and behold, when the “replacement” boots arrived, they were the same boots I had returned! With the same zipper issue, in the same boot. Terrible company. Dishonest. Do not recommend.
Pikolinos shoes appear to be a beautiful product out of the box. They match the description on the website.I have faithfully owned five pairs of various styles shoes and boots now and I have to say they are NOT durable. The quality these shoes are made from is incredibly poor! I have experienced it all with these shoes- soles falling off, zippers breaking, fabric tearing. And all this in about one season of wear. I should be able to wear these beautiful shoes for longer than one winter or one summer. I care for the leather with wax and/or polish regularly, but regardless, the shoes continue to show defects.Customer service will offer a 2-year warranty on these defects.At this point, however, I'm switching to a brand that will give me less hassle. I'm very disappointed in Pikolinos.
Horrendous service, after being told a pair of shoes that fell apart after 4 months would be replaced, when customer service received my receipt and saw how much I paid for them they all of a sudden don’t stand by their product. So because I got their product on sale I should now consider it inferior and you should to. So everyone should beware, they only guarantee their high priced tagged shoes if you pay that high price,! Otherwise your….you know what out of luck. Though I will say this, I am soooo happy that I didn’t pay $180 for a pair of leather shoes that literally broke apart (both of them) after 4 months, then I really would have been pissed. Sounds like this company knows they are selling a no good product.
I love the shoes. In the past three years I’ve bought one pair from a shop and four through the website. I ordered a pair of boots online 17 December, delivery promised 19th. Still waiting. The boots appear to be still at the transport company depot. I’ve contacted customer service several times. They seem unable to get their transport company Correos Express to deliver my order. Had a problem with another order last year. So: good shoes poor customer support Update: lies. You have not attempted to ring my mobile number. My call records show no calls from you. I have kept nearly twenty emails and chat messages between you and me, including the one which promised delivery on December 19th. I have never asked for delivery on the 30th. I have asked for my €120 back a request you have ignored.Poor service and untruths. Avoid.Latest:Received yet another email suggesting that if I’m not happy with delivery on 30 December I should return the goods and ask for a refund. This involves a long journey to the local post office. If I don’t get a refund in 24 hours I’m done with contacting these people who fob you off with untruths. If you like Pikolinos shoes as do I I advise buying from a shop or Amazon. Never from online shop.Update: it seems that they did try to contact me but I never answer unknown callers. Shoes still not received so asked for refund.Today received an email telling me they will try to contact the delivery company on January 2 and then decide on a refund. PayPal now dealing with it. Worst customer service ever. But will keep buying the shoes.
I bought some beautiful sandals with enclosed heels. They fit great in the store. When I wore them, they caused very bad blisters on the backs of my heels. I looked at the shoes, and noticed that the leather on the heel is very rough and there is no cushion.
