Review Time
I didn't like anything. I went out of my way to contact Pikolinos about the size of some boots and was told to check their website, which I had already done, and which did not have the specific information that I had asked them about. Very poor customer service. I even tried to find the sizing information from another company that sells their products, and they couldn't help me either. Further, I double checked reviews after this experience and was glad I hadn't ordered the boots as the reviews are extremely mixed regarding quality, and inconsistent sizing. Disappointing.
When they are good they are very good but the standard of manufacture is poor and sizing totally arbitrary. The first pair I bought were wonderful, the next too small and the next too large, all sold as size 44 i.e.UK 10. Do not think that they will break in as they now have plastic soles, so there is very little give. If they don't feel 100% when they arrive send them back Totally inconsistent
I bought a pair of pikolino sandals in Spain in April & have worn them on stop. They are SO comfortable! I ordered another pair online. They were delivered via UPS. Excellent service Excellent shoes. A very happy customer. Top quality product.
I've had the worst time trying to get a refund for shoes I returned in March. I contacted customer service for the first time on 16 April after hearing no news about the return. They confirmed the return was on its way. I've since contacted them another 5 times to follow up, never receiving a prompt or clear reply. Unbelievably, I still haven't received a refund more than 3 months later.

Also, they prioritise comfort. Moreover, I love that the sole is slip-resistant.Nowadays it is hard to find affordable easy-to-maintain leather sneakers of good quality. Big old brands like to add suede parts that get dirty very soon or use synthetic materials that look poor after the first months of use.This brand provides unique value; their footwear is totally worth it's price.
