I’ve used the changing rooms, swimming pool, sauna, and infrared sauna at Romsey Rapids and have been very impressed. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional.The only slight downside was that the online sign-up process felt a bit complicated, but once registered everything runs smoothly. Overall, a very positive experience and a leisure centre I’d happily recommend.
The triangle is in a continual poor state of repair, no swimming facilities, health club & changing with no refunds for members. Notices on the door do not give an accurate account of the length of time facilities are closed. Maintenance & cleanliness has always been an issue. Scheduled refurbishments have been lengthy & unfinished, whilst having a knock-on effect to other studio availability. Memberships are increasing in price for less value, booking changes & removal of padel (this will now cost far in excess of other local facilities). No responses to email queries on membership changes. I would have awarded 5 stars for fitness instruction & classes but the score reflects the state of the centre & corporate greed.
