The New Malden Team are so helpful and friendly which was really appreciated. I have just joined and have felt comfortable in this environment and have had the opportunity to sample a few classes which were fun. Well done team!
Please please please, get rid of the blond haired woman on the app just before it opens. It’s just not representative of your clientele and totally undiverse. I find it quite offensive if honest, we’ve moved on from representing a population with blond hair and blue eyes..
Was excellent, however standard of cleandliness have dropped recently, ( Mould in mens showers) also centre staff need to do head counts in the spa , a lot of chancers sneaking in without paying either on the day or monthly.On numerous occasions I've heard" Can you let in mate my bands not working"
Disappointing pool in the Eclipse Center in Staines. Changing rooms are dirty and smelly. Staff allow users to walk with dirty shoes when signs clearly state 'shoes not allowed'. Manager says people just don't read the sign. The pool is dirty too despite being brand new. Lanes are available at odd times eg early morning or late night only. This is very unpractical. Membership is going up £5 a month from January according to a mail received today. This is quite a huge increase for the service provided! I am cancelling my membership.
