Just answer the phone on reception! Tried to call multiple times, got cut off twice. Was on hold over 30 minutes twice; still no success.

I have tried on numerous occasions to telephone you but no one at all answers the phone at Places Leisure.When I did and asked to speak to the duty manager the phone was disconected.Can you please tell me why your management are so allusive and you cant speak to some one in management and two why have you increased my subscription monthly payment yet again?Disgusting serviceThanks for your reply Emma. That’s ironic that I have to email you when it’s always better to discuss things face to face.I did send an email to this address that you provided the same time I wrote this review to Trustpilot.

Good range of classes, great instructorsMinor quibble - I wish booking confirmation emails were more specific in title. If you book a few classes at once, you can't tell which email goes with which class

Staff at Waltham Abbey are amazing. So cheerful and helpful. Really welcoming to new members. Would be 5 stars if access to sauna and classes was improved.
