My installer Corey was great. Really clear about what he was doing and explained it all to me, including downloading and using the app. Only giving a high rating because of him. Customer service was awful, I tried to change my install day, they said they would contact me back and went 2 weeks without hearing anything.
Connor arrived on time and explained what he needed to do, and he installed the Pod Point Charger where we had decided was best, at this point the weather turned very nasty indeed, Hail, rain with a biting wind made conditions extremely challenging, however he completed the work with humour which was remarkable. He then demonstrated the charger and the functions on the app, until he was satisfied that I had understood how to operate the Pod Point, I was extremely pleased with all the work carried out, no mess and a very neat job, very happy, I would not hesitate in recommending this service, thanks again
