Waiting for technical to get in touch after being stepped up, then told Podpoint is out of warranty! Podpoint charges Peugeot e3008 ok but when plugged in to New Frontera starts charging and then drops out after 20 seconds, had to charge at a Supermarket! Six days later get an email saying because I have not been in touch the case is closed! Will go to Ohme or other competitors with better technical assistance and warranty, have a deal with new Vauxhall. Sorted it myself constant resets and app updates on Podpoint and the new car can now charge at off peak period.
I had suddenly lost the ability to charge at home and after 2 days of useless trouble shooting, phoned the Podpoint team and the lovely Maria Tejones got me back up and running in one call. She was extremely clear and helped me through each step. It did take quite a bit of fiddling about and I really felt her technical knowledge was excellent. Maria was not going to let me go without a successful out come! Brilliant and many thanks. Sally
Great support from podpoint with an issue I was having post a solar panel install. The person on the support team was very quick to understand what the conflict was and updated settings over the air. Start to finish was resolved and back working within 15 minutes. Very pleased with the support I received.
