Had a date for installing the POD in a few weeks but a call asking if I would like it fitted tomorrow was out of the blue.. The installer arrived earlier than planned and completed the install professionally.. Great guy a credit to the company.. Totally knew his stuff and helped me set up the app and went through how it all worked.. Top Company and highly recommended.
The process was easy and everyone at Podpoint were extremely helpful and friendly .My installer Haydn Washington was punctual, very efficient and helpful.Would definitely recommend this company for both home and public charging for your vehicle.
It’s been more than 25 days that I started the process to install the pod home in my house, went through the process, sent videos and pictures of my house and after all this time was booked to April 10th. Surprisingly I tried to call them today to check if it was possible an earlier installation and they told me is not possible install anymore because my eletric box wasn’t prepared… why if I sent the pictures long time ago and nothing was said, also talked to them last Friday and nothing was said again.. the worst service in uk, very disappointed.
