As soon as I paid for the charger, pod point took me through the process for carrying out the survey from my metre box to the location of where I wanted the charger. I provided photos & a video of the route for the cables to run so they could check it would be a standard install ie :3m of surface trunking inside total of 15 metres of main cable to the charger.Once they had all the info I was advised it would be 3-4 weeks for installation. The electrician was very professional & had my charger up & running in just over 3 hours.He then showed me the app & wi-fi connection to control things I would highly recommend them
