Our home charger had stopped charging

Our home charger had stopped charging. This was no fault of Pod. We didn't realise we needed to contact Pod when we had new Solar Panels installed.We spoke to Karl who went above and beyond to get the problem rectified. My charger is now working well. Thank you Karl and Pod.

Helpline was so useful to have on the side of the charger pod

It was pur first time using any commercial charging point so it was good to know that there was a telephone helpline number on the side of the pod as we were a bit confused. Carl answered our call really quickly on a Saturday afternoon its good to know you can get help. Carl was so patient with us and we were set up charging in no time.

Professional and friendly, but not installed where is practical.

The installation guy was very informative and friendly. It was installed quickly, but i wanted it elsewhere. He explained where it would be best to be put and installed it there. Now I can't get my bins down the side of the house, it sticks out too far. The weather was awful today and I really appriciate him doing what he has, but it is not practical. I was not aware this would be an issue until after he left. Ideally we wanted under our porch. I did ask if he could put it through my garage. He said he would look at it. But it was installed on my side path instead which is very narrow anyway. How can this be improved please? It is costing a lot of money for this and we would like it put right please.

Engineer arrived at approx. 9.30am, he was very friendly and professional. He finished the job around 11am and then gave us a comprehensive explaination on how to use the POD and charge our car. There was the minimum of disruption while he carried out the instalation and there was no mess left on completion.

I had an irrrated call where I was cut…

I had an irrrated call where I was cut off. But then tried again as I needed to get the problem resolved. I got through to Rinen. She was most helpful. Managed to get my POD working again by restarting it remotely.

The electrician done a nice clean tidy…

The electrician done a nice clean tidy job , very polite and explained everything. Will definitely recommend pod pilot to other friends and very pleased with the charger and app so far

Installed and worked fine then!!!

Installed and worked fine, then they changed the app, without informing me. The charger only works for about 2 hours then stops. Not impressed by their lack of support. It’s a great when it works but they need to up their game on the support front.

After contacting podpoint for help over May loss of internet connectivity

After contacting podpoint for help over reestablishing web contact with my unit, I had someone in a very difficult call with a broken/interrupted phone link. I was referred to someone in the uk who sent me an email that I found impossible to follow. Then, on contacting the phone link a second time in frustration, the respondent was Aljibar Alsad, a Customer Support Executive who was amazingly helpful. Clear and polite and a delight to speak to. He sorted things out on no time. So a big thank you Aljibar.
