Review Time
The team at Poole Audi were great from day one. We initially received a short video showing us the vehicle which was a nice touch. They always responded quickly to any questions we had. The handover was really nice with the big unveiling and the complimentary bottle of wine was lovely too.
Don't get your vehicle worked on here if you want all the bolts replaced after work being carried out.Poole Audi forgot to replace bolts on my vehicle on a previous visit during a service when removing parts, and failed to inform me of this issue. I had a service completed approximately 3 months ago and then on the most recent visit had an MOT completed where they found the issue. When handing my vehicle over the service advisor explained all the details will be in an email and I can review all the details on there, and handed me an MOT certificate. This was failing to inform me of the missing bolts. I was first aware they were missing after getting home and reading this email as I was quickly ushered over to me vehicle to leave.Upon further review these missing bolts had been marked as urgent/rectify soon, and that to have the issue resolved they wanted to charge me for them.I have tried multiple times to raise this issue with Poole Audi via email (unable to phone during office hours as I work shifts). After emailing my service advisor and customer services separately I had a single response last week saying the issue was being looked into and I would hear back by Friday 5th. It is now Tuesday 9th and haven't even had an acknowledgement of the issue, let alone a hint of resolution.I live over an hour away from the garage so it isn't a simple pop in fix for me, and I am extremely disappointed they didn't feel I was a worthy enough customer to keep my safety a priority.
I brought an A6 in December 2023. I was informed it was free of defect. It had a fuel system fault, central locking fault and a climate control fault. The car has been returned 15 times in 20 months and remains defective. Poole Audi offered to buy back at trade price not retail price or £200 toward a alternative car same model and age with less mileage priced at 9.5K more. Certain members of the sales team could not lie straight in bed. If you want to buy an Audi, please go some where else and save yourself from an horrendous experience.
Bought a £26k approved used car, found out it has broken rear windscreen in the boot trim and an aftermarket replacement installed. Not declared at the time of purchasing and apparently passed the extensive 137 point check. Refusing to address this issue and rectify to Approved Used standards.Would avoid if you want any integrity and honesty with your car purchases
