I bought a rs3 from poole Audi. I don’t live close but all aspects of my purchase (including a part-exchange) were dealt with with consummate professionalism and efficiency. Joe Astley was really helpful in arranging the purchase, was non-pushy and a pleasure to work with.
We recently purchased a new Audi vehicle from Audi Poole, and I was very impressed with the whole experience and team who were involved. Great customer service from the moment we walked into the showroom. We were never put under any pressure and any questions were answered and dealt with promptly. The team turned the new vehicle from showroom to handover in less than a day !!! Very impressed.Would definitely recommend Audi Poole.
I took my Audi A3 in for its major service at Poole Audi and could not fault the whole process. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and efficient.The service centre itself is absolutely amazing, and even a while-you-wait service is not a chore at all. There are plenty of places to work, and the addition of the beauty salon is just wonderful. I took the opportunity to have a massage while I waited, and I can honestly say this was probably the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a garage!We previously owned an Audi A4 and had visited the old Poole Audi some years ago, where we always received excellent service. It’s great to see that this level of service has not changed—and has even been scaled up—since the move to the new service centre.My car was returned lovely and clean, and the Audi Cam video from the engineer who serviced my car was clear, concise, and very reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning to Audi for my next service, knowing my car is in good hands.
We arrived to very smiley helpful members of staff. Our salesman Tim was fantastic. He was patient with us as we were not sure what to buy at first.. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained about all the services Audi provide.. He made us feel very comfortable and kept in touch with us until our car arrived . Thankyou 😊
