Recently had an MOT and service on my TT. Audi collected my car from home, carried out the necessary work, and then returned the car to me at the end of the day. I work from home some of the week and this was a godsend for me not having to take time out of my day to deal with this yearly saga. Audi kept me up to date with progress via WhatsApp which was great also. I didn’t need to do any chasing. The service was EXCELLENT and will definitely be coming back next year provided I don’t need to before!
Audi Q6 electric and Q2I purchased an Audi Q6 as my first electric vehicle and dealt with Sam who went above and beyond to answer all my queries. Ended up purchasing a Q2 for my wife at the same time and we are delighted with both vehicles. I would not hesitate to recommend both Sam and Poole Audi for anyone purchasing a vehicle.
¹I had an outstanding experience at Poole Audi.My experience of purchasing my new car was the best service I have received from any car dealership over the last 25 years There was none of the usual main dealer "˜negotiating theatrics' and no pressure to add extras to the sale. From first being greeted by Laura, test driving the car and to the handover of the car the whole process was very pleasurable, a feat not often achieved by main dealerships! There were a few mishaps with the new Audi System and processes but it was just part of "bedding in" a new system. Laura and Hayley were courteous, polite and professional at all times. On the handover my Q6 and the MyAudi app were setup and configured. I was also shown through all the screens and functionality of the MMI.
From the timei arrived at Poole Audi my wife an I were treated as a valued customer and after paperwork dealt with we were shown a covered up car.ready to unveiled it was for a two year old car presented in a beautiful condition, then after a handover by Hayley we were presented with coffee for the journey home to Plymouth and a special bottle of wine to celebrate on arrival home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! As i went into Audi, I spoke to Cameron and he helped me the whole way through. I found my dream car whilst Cameron helped speak me through everything and was very polite and helpful! The reveal was better than i imagined and he answered any questions i had and was always quick to respond over email too. Everything went through fast and simple as well as additional pieces i wanted for the car. Beyond happy i went with Audi!

Visited to just ‘have a look’ and ended up buying an A1 from Daniel who was so helpful and knowledgeable at every step.
