If you are looking to purchase an Audi then I highly recommend Poole Audi and especially Laura, who is an amazing sales specialist. She answered all my many questions quickly and everything was explained thoroughly.Collecting the car felt special and Laura took the time to go through the many features of the car. This was very important to me as my new car is a huge upgrade compared to my previous car.
My whole experience with Poole Audi has been brilliant. I have always had BMW in the past but decided to give Audi a try and so far am not regretting it. The sales team were brilliant and were not pushy. The A1 that I have purchased has been brilliant. Fun, nippy and a pleasure to drive. Went back to manual and have found the six speed gearbox really good.
Very professional but personal service from start to finish. This is the 4th consecutive Audi that we have purchased from Poole Audi and none have ever let us down. This was our first brand new Audi and we had done our research and set our budget before visiting the showroom. A suitable vehicle was sourced in line with what we were looking for, delivered in 2 weeks and we were kept informed at every stage.
Whether I ring Audi to book an appointment for my car to have MOT, Service etc the attitude of the staff is excellent and always helpful.My Audi Q2 is ageing now but I love it and I drive hundreds of miles each week and it’s always been so reliable.Whatever The Staff are taught at Audi please keep it up- p.s. you could give my GP surgery some tips 😄
Bought my first Audi from Poole Audi and have had excellent customer service with every visit - without fail. The staff are friendly and helpful, and those staff assigned to you/your car for a particular visit - service, MoT, etc., - are absolutely wonderful, and keep you informed all the time your car is with them.
The Audi brand sells itself but without an excellent back up dealership, it would fall flat.I am not made of money and am not particularly easy to please but I am on my third car from Poole Audi. To those that know me, that is indeed an accolade for Poole Audi. All aspects of owning a vehicle supplied by Poole Audi is Excellent, from the front of house Ladies to Sales personnel (all grades) and After Sales/Service personnel, all are very genuinely superb.The advert is correct - "Look No Further"
A wonderful experience in the show room, the car all laid out perfectly and the staff are all smart and welcoming.I part exchange my car and the car I chose was not available to see but a lower spec car was on the forecourt to see I was seen by the sales advisor Tim Alford and was very impressed with his knowledge of this car as it was new to Audi SQ5, I was worried when we went to collect the but car it excided my expectation as Tim said he was perfect in his description.Very Impressed with Poole Audi
Using Poole Audi is very easy. The service staff were very attentive, polite, and knew what was needed.I was invited to have a seat and offered a drink while I waited.The small job didn't take long, I was offered a car wash and nothing seemed too much trouble.I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work required.
