Whilst being under time restrictions as this wasn’t my local branch, he went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed, making the decision-making process so much easier. Having recently purchased a used Audi from a car dealer, I was a little anxious as the air con wasn't working. The car dealer offered to get it sorted, but I decided to pay the extra and have a main dealer check it over for peace of mind. May I say Poole Audi were so thorough, and found a faulty glow plug, a filler cap issue, and a faulty seal in the rear light. It get's better... Whilst this was all going on, my Wife was receiving the most wonderful massage in their Beauty salon. Not joking, they actually have a beauty salon!!! On top of this the car was cleaned free of charge. Needless to say we will be returning to Poole Audi ;0)
We placed our order for a new Q3 which would be arriving the day we returned from a two week holiday. Daniel Worsdell our Audi rep arranged everything to enable us to pick up the vehicle on the day we arrived back in the UK. All with no hiccups or fuss. He couldn't have been more helpful.
Love Audi, i'm on my fourth from Poole Audi.They are all very professional, smart and attentive.One issue: when you call them, you go to reception, they take all your details and then try and pass you to the relevant department, if a particular agent is dealing with you only he/she can speak to you. This is where the telephone tennis starts. Bck and fourth 4 time the other day, we ended up dealing with the issue on answer phone messages. Loosen up this rule Audi, its time consuming and frustrating and take up everyones tim x 4 on this occasion.
Overall a good experience in developing a deal that meet my needs and requirements. The sales specialist was attentive and kept me informed of how my order was progressing although the wrong car had initially been sourced. A mutually agreed solution was quickly developed.
