First time in Poole, and first Audi purchase. It couldn’t have gone any better, the salesman, Mark, was superb from start to finish. The showroom was immaculate, the staff were friendly, and my car was presented in beautiful condition. Highly recommend.
I knew I wanted to buy an Audi for replacement of my old car, and Hayley Keeping, Poole Audi sales, found me exactly the right vehicle to fit my planned specification at an acceptable price. This was the Q8 model with an already built in, electrically operated tow hitch I required. The 2019 car has already covered 55,000 miles but was in immaculate condition and I was convinced it would cover more than double that in its life. After a test drive, Hayley professionally talked me through the modern complexities of the buying process and explained and demonstrated the technicalities of the powerful, advanced modern vehicle (compared to my old car). Nothing but problems since the sale of my new q7 and now I need a repair and the customer service is non-existent and very frustrating! Waited over a week for a repair and they can’t even phone with an update! Then when I call for an update it’s incorrect information again and car isn’t ready when they said it would be.For the price of a new Audi you would expect a half decent customer service where they actually speak to each other and the departments and maybe pop you a call. Sadly I don’t think I can deal with an unprofessional company like this for much longer so will be parting ways as soon as I can end my finance with them.
Nothing but problems, since I picked up my new Q5 SLine Audi 2025Technician cracked the consule prior to handover. This was replaced, back window cover not fitted correctly, no date for replacement. 7 faults on the car, car transported back to Poole Audi. Communication appalling throughout the experience. Technicians worked on it for three days. Could not fix initially, having to call Audi UK. Due to faults and management asked for a refund. Very poor communication from branch manager and after sales managerFelt no alternative but to accept market value after only 3 months brand new at the time losing a lot of money. Made a official complaint to Audi UK. Outcome as the car is now traded back to Poole matter closed. Leadership and Management poor, communication poor. Would I use Poole audi again, No
Sales dept very patient and professional. The unvailing/ presentation of new car was a pleasant surprise. Only down side was i wanted a tow bar but Audi wanted 2K for it & even then had none available. If I got Tow Bar fitted by another professional fitter my 2 year warranty would be void.
