Would highly recommend had excellent service, answered emails promptly and returned phone calls the same day. Picked me up from the station when I came to collect my car 10 out of 10. Bottle of wine on collection of my car was a nice touch, I have never had that before from other Audi dealers and this is my fifth Audi A5.

To be honest, I've never left a Trust Pilot review, and never felt the urge too.... except for now. I was a very long distance purchaser, I'd never seen the car, had no chance of seeing it, and that left telephone. Except, I'm deaf.... Not a problem for these guys.... 11 out of 10 on every point. The sales person Laura Pennington was outstanding in communicating and being helpful with any requests I had.I have bought a few cars remotely and this was by far the best experience I have had, the handover was faultless and Laura went the extra mile to make my daughters first car purchase special.
Audi Poole couldn't have done anything more to have made buying a car as easy as possible. Faultless service standards, from everyone in the Poole Showroom, especially by Tim, and also the Yeovil Showroom too. Start to finish, the standard is exactly as you would expect and hope for from Audi, resulting in a car that far exceeds my expectations.
I have always bought Audi for as long as I can remember - first the A3 then the TT Roadster and now, since I am getting older and finding it harder to get in and out of the TT, a Q3. Kyle was brilliant, not pushy and guided me through the process, helped identify the right car for me, helped me transfer my private plate and also was understanding and really supportive given I really didn’t want to give up my TT, which was simply a joy to drive. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend Poole Audi (and Kyle) to anyone. You can’t ask for better
