Don't even fall for the "no 12 months contract" and "cancel any time" trick!!! I tried to cancel their services based on what it is in my contract (You can cancel with a 1-month notice), unfortunately, it's not how this company is operating. You will get absolutely no response from their support team when it comes to emails with "I want to end my contract" headlines. If you're able to contact their support via chat they will just kick you out without any reason. I paid for 3 more months and on top of that, they even sent me a debt collection firm to pay for a month that was after the official end of my contract. Worst experience ever!
I ordered my sim and phone last week, after one week waiting i couldn’t get my phone so I called them and they say its return to us become you weren’t at home, its pandemic me and other members of my house are working from home how i wasn’t at home? Me and my husband had both sim cards from drillisch, we were more lucky than others, no real problems for 2 years, the only issue was with calling and having internet outside of Germany in EU, but i guess if we werent lazy to call customer service to resolve it, it would be ok . Other than that, i dont see a reason why to go to more expensive companies and overpay for sim.
I was abroad and disabled my data, as well as put my phone in airplane mode. However, PremiumSim still put roaming costs on my bill. Customer support was not even ready to show me proof for me actually using data and let me pay over 150 EUR extra. Bad experience, they try to trick you and get as much money out of you as possible!!!
Garbage. How many times do they have to send me a SIM card before I get one that even works? I paid €15 for a replacement card after my phone was stolen and I have been without cell service now for weeks because they cannot do this simple thing. I completely regret going with this company, they are a little cheaper but their network coverage is bad even inside of Berlin (!) and really bad elsewhere.

After almost 3 years being client and getting stressed many times, I've decided to definitely move to a proper mobile company.They charged me 25 EUR to release my old number. They told me it was ready for portability (I have the chat copy) and then when the new operator tried to take over (less than 4 days after), they were told that the number was gone.Now PremiumSIm simply say there is no way back and the number is lost.I strongly recommend to not get near companies like that. It's cheap and works, but one day you will pay for it...
