Everything went as planned

Everything went as planned. Support answers in a standard times, no problems at all with any queries or service in general. Very polite workers. Only minus is network coverage but for this price it was expected. Not bad at all for more then year and a half.

They reduce the speed when you cancel your contract

I´ve been with PremiumSim for more than 6 years. PremiumSim belongs to Drillish Online (who also owns other brands like WinSim, Sim.de, Handyvertrag, and many more...).Last month I changed from PremiumSim to Handyvertrag (within the same company) just because the second one offered me better conditions. Well... last month with PremiumSim they reduced the speed of my internet and remove completely network coverage while on the Underground. I guess, just because it was my last contact month with PremiumSim, they decided I was no longer a worthy customer. German laws doesn´t protect customers so... to who am I complaining? Also, on my last invoice they charged me 17€ in concept of "Markenwechsel". I´ve done researches and happens to be an extra fee they charge just if you swicht from brand within Drillisch. Funny, they don´t announce it anywhere, but they happily charge the final consumer. I guess is a "reward" for themselves for loosing a client.Yesterday I started using my new Sim Card from Handyvertrag, and... SURPRISE, full speed, full coverage for calls and surfing while travelling on the underground.It´s sad. I thought Drillish was a great company, now I regret to have a new contract with them. Eventually, I will change.

Worst experience ever!

This service provider deserves no stars at all! I have been a customer for way too long considering their service. I had to pay way too much too many times even though my roaming didn’t even work while on holiday. I constantly have problems with my connection and when I call the customer service they are very rude and disrespectful. I canceled my contract now and when trying to explain why the guy actually said that they did not want me as a customer since I “don’t want to pay more”. Please stay away from this company there are so many other providers with much better offers and services and with actually nice people contacting and helping you!

My Name is Ankit Ramani Kundennummer: C2451904I was in Switzerland with my wife and have used net only 64 KB approx.I Got message that I have to pay 60 euros for that, I am not sure why I need to pay that much for only 64 kb of net use.Please solve this problem and make it realistic, we are not so rich to pay 60 euros even we haven't used net at all, I have same problem with my Wife card too, She also got 60 euros fine only for using some KB of data.No where is mention anything about this, that we have to pay like this much of money just by turning ON and OFF mobile data in EU ausland.I did contact the customer care and also they didn't help me. They simply said if you don't like the service then cancel the card. I feel like there is no value for customer. I feel really not happy with this kind of service.

I am giving 1 star because I have been trying to get my account back to normal for about 6 months. They have the best deals Ive seen which is great but it's like talking to a wall. They don't listen to anything. Maybe it's because my German is bad but I keep explaining don't cancel my account. But then it gets cancelled.I want to give you money but you keep telling me my account will close. Literally 6 months I was saying to not cancel my contract but it stopped anyway and then I had to pay more to start again and now the new contract will close again (I'm the idiot I guess).

Cheap and fine as long as everything is normal and you don't make a mistake...Such as leaving roaming settings on for a few minutes while approaching the swiss border. The 60 euros legal maximum were snatched at a whopping speed of 7000€/GB !!! Then i tried to at least purchase the 1GB package to use internet there, but since I had reached the legal maximum this would have required me to legally allow them unlimited roaming fees... No thank you, not at these stakes, they'll bankrupt me... As close to a scam as legally possible. :(

Best customer service for the cheapest of prices

I have been using Premiumsim for a couple years now, and i only had positive experiences, their customer service is amazing, very friendly and they try their best to help you.I've dealt with many phone and sim companies here in Germany and in my honest opinion Premiumsim's customer service is the best so far and by miles.This is actually why i decided to leave this review, i've been worried about a problem over the weekend and i called them first thing Monday morning, in 10 seconds they picked up and in 2 minutes my problems were solved and i am a perfectly happy customer.Keep up the good work!I would like to note to people that customer service are also humans and if you expect them to be friendly and helpful treat them with respect and use "please" and "thank you", i called them many times this month and every single one is perfectly nice to me.

overall, pretty bad experience. Some stuff works OK, the website isn't all that bad. But the customer service is the worst: they don't answer to questions, ignore messages, ask me for money for months which have already been paid, and even if I've said it has been paid, they don't take it into account because "i didn't wrote the right betrag nr" even if I mentioned which specific transaction i did for the months prior.... so basically going to the point of scam.

Awful awful awful. They are very cheap but you get what you pay for.Want to travel to another EU country? Don't expect that your phone will have service. Maybe a day or two later it will suddenly decide to connect. Traveling somewhere that doesn't receive free EU service? You better put your phone in a steel box to put it in airplane mode, because if it sends a single kB of data you will be charged 60 EUR (regardless of whether you actually use any additional data).Wait to speak to Customer Support in English? Good luck calling; most of their agents only speak German and none of them care to transfer you. It's OK though (they tell you) - you can always email their support team for English support. Except they don't read your messages and just reply with canned answers to questions you didn't ask. At least with a phone call you can get the small satisfaction of shouting at the idiot on the other end...

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! The guy just hung up on me after being so absolutely unhelpful and rude. They took 2GB out of my data in one go despite me not using the internet at all. The agents are not able to help at all and seem like they question the customer instead. Please look elsewhere!
